Prime location!! Park your car, and you won't have to move it again until your trip back home.
Just 1 block to the Ocean with direct beach access to the free beach. Go ahead and use the beach accessories, beach caddy and chairs provided!
Don't feel like the beach? Go to the pool on-premise to cool off, lounge and relax!

This beautiful and completely redone 1 bedroom can sleep up to 6 people. It includes a Queen bed and a set of Twin bunk beds, 1 bathroom, and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Everything is brand new from the mattresses, paint, floors, furniture, TVs, kitchen essentials, etc.

Walk over 2 blocks to Northside Park which has 58 beautiful acres of FREE scenic trails for walking/jogging/roller blading, a large children's playground, picnic pavilion, crabbing & fishing piers, exercise pavilion, events, etc. Every Sunday from June - September, enjoy the free concert and firework show!

Very easily walkable to McDonalds, Starbucks, Candy Kitchen, Dumser's Ice Cream, TailChasers Restaurant, Nick's Mini Golf, shopping + more!

Additional things to note about the property:
This is a 2nd floor unit, stairs are required to access the unit.
Pool and outdoor shower available for guests. Dumpster is used for all garbage and recycling.
LINENS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. We can provide you with details of 3rd party linen services for drop-off/pickup service or you can bring your own bedding and towels.

Our stay with our young family was perfect. The property was newly renovated, clean and very well furnished. Pool was also great and super clean! Perfect location in North Ocean city! Great communication from the listing agent…will highly recommend!!!

My family and I went to this apartment for a vacation and we enjoyed our stay. The location was good and the apartment was clean. It had everything we needed. The owner has very good communication. The price was worth the stay.

Great affordable spot by the ocean!

Very affordable spot that was convenient and easy with 2 kids. For those that choose to stay here, Pros: plenty of parking, pool access, internet, Smart TVs in both rooms, close to the beach, fully stocked on paper towels, TP, cleaning supplies, coffee, spices, etc. and close to plenty of restaurants and activities. Cons-ish: (these were not deal breakers)... The floor was still a bit sandy and dust was accumulating in fan areas. Could use a deeper clean. There is also no dishwasher, but there was a washer/dryer. Our biggest issue was that the renter said to bring your linens (which we took as bed sheets) and towels, but did not specify blankets. BRING BLANKETS. We had to go and buy some at TJ Maxx. Overall a great place to stay and we would rent again. Renter was also very nice and quick to respond.

Great first experience

This was our first time booking a property by the beach. The description fit the room exactly and all amenities listed were available. We were very happy with the room layout and also loved the balcony. The property manager communicated back in a timely manner and made the process smooth. Highly recommend!
