La propriété est située sur l'océan dans un complexe hôtelier 4 étoiles, avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan et la ville depuis le balcon. L'hôtel dispose de deux piscines, restaurants, SPA, gymnase sauna et autres commodités standards de l'hôtel. Des services de voiturier et de conciergerie sont disponibles. Le condo a 2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain avec salon et cuisine. L'unité a été récemment rénovée et meublée avec goût. Vous serez à 10 minutes en voiture ou en bus de South Beach.

Récemment, nous avons eu des instants où le linge est coloré avec des marques oranges jaunes, qui ne peuvent pas être nettoyés! CELA POURRAIT ÊTRE UN BLOC DE SOLEIL OU DES AGENTS TANNANTS. JE N'AIME PAS GARDER LE DÉPÔT DE DOMMAGES, SUPPRIMER LES DOMMAGES MINEURS. LE LINGE TEINTÉ SERA CHARGÉ. APRÈS VOTRE RETOUR DE LA PISCINE OU DE LA PLAGE, VEUILLEZ PRENDRE UNE DOUCHE AVANT D'UTILISER LES LITS.

My sister-in-law and I stayed at this exquisite oceanfront condo for five nights, and it exceeded our expectations. The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. In fact, the views were even better than the photos — with stunning ocean and pool views on one side, and vibrant city views on the other. The location was peaceful and convenient, while still being just a short Uber ride from South Beach.The condo is located within The Alexander Hotel, which gave us the convenience and amenities of a hotel while still feeling like home. The two pools were excellent and very well maintained, and both check-in and check-out were easy and welcoming.Our host, Gunjan, was extremely responsive throughout the stay. He answered all of our questions promptly and was very accommodating and flexible, which we truly appreciated.I would highly recommend this condo and would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful, wonderful host. Went over and beyond. Really should give this a five star because of her service but has a few days of Wi-Fi issues which led to interruptions with work on our trip. Other than that, the unit is wonderful and the views are perfect.

A great place to stay. The pools and proximity to the ocean were fantastic. It’s a little isolated without a car and the small store and lunch room were incredibly expensive.

The condo itself was fine. We just needed a place to sleep. It was a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. The elevators at the resort were extremely slow. They really need another set for the size of the resort and taking the stairs was not an option as the doors to the floors were locked and you weren’t able to get out at the mezzanine level. Additionally, the resort was very stingy with pool towels. The towels were small and they would not let you exchange a dry towel midway through the day.

Thanks for the review. Yes, the elevators can be slow but the condo managemnt has added an additional service elevator for guest use. Regarding towels, it is a service provided to guests which is great! Most vacation rentals do not have a poolside towel service. It is correct that each guest gets one towel for the day and can take fresh towel the next day. There is a cost to it hence the management has to budget.

We just stayed here 5 nights and worked out very well for us. Apartment was very clean and as advertised. Location was good. Easy checkin and walked to some restaurants in nearby hotels which was convenient.

Great location, nice and close to the beach. Two pools to choose from the upper level is more for adults. The room was spacious. Nice bathrooms First day or two had issues with elevator but resolved. Would go again.

Wonderful property

We had a group of 5 girls and we had a great stay. The place was clean and very comfortable beds. The beach access was so easy to get to and not crowded. The pool was fun and clean and you could get food and beverage service.

My family and I enjoyed staying at this place due to its proximity to the beach. Great place! The only negative part were the thing walls and the valet parking. I do recommend this place.

Got married and moved to new York city, Manhattan. For the past 3 years have been in Miami beach, I call it home now!! My children are at an age where I can get back to work. So here I am hosting guests at my apartments.

It is in a condo hotel, the conveniences of the hotel are great. Beaches of miami are a huge attraction for people and this property is directly on the ocean.

The unique benefits of this property as I mentioned is its location, in mid Miami beach, part of a condo hotel and on the ocean. The condo is 15 minutes away from most Miami attractions. I have newly renovated the place and it has lovely furnishings, chandeliers etc. It would be a pure pleasure to stay here.
