Lots of windows allowing the Beach breeze to come in. Walk less than a minute and find yourself on the beach. Situated in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. 5 blocks Walking distance from the busy street Flagler avenue where events are always happening, Cute boutiques, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and more. 45 minute drive to Orlando and 15 minute drive to Daytona speedway. Perfect spot to come enjoy the beach, watch a rocket launch and relax or having a fun trip filled with activities.

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment in New Smyrna Beach! The location was perfect. There is a public beach access just a quick walk across the street. We also walked into town several times, for both the shopping and the restaurants. The bed was super comfortable! Loved the furniture in the living room and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again, and would not hesitate to recommend this to our friends.

The title says it all. We had a great time the apartment was all that was advertised. Any questions were answered with a quick phone call. the area was a walk to everything.

Very nice location! There should be some written instructions if anything were (bad) to happen..ex:

Plumbing,electricity, explain about tv's in bedrm., cable??..no name or account numbers to refer to when called about cable outage?? Microwave would be handy in kitchen! Entire place could have been cleaner. It was nice to have a washer/dryer! Eddie was nice & as helpful as he could be. Also need new mattress on king bed! Beautiful town, beach! We had good weather/vacation!

Great location,Quiet spacious well equipped unit. Would recommend to potential vacationers. Great contact with owner when required.

Amazing place!

My husband and I absolutely loved our time in Jill’s place. It’s a 1-minute walk to the beach and comes equipped with beach chairs and an umbrella. Adorably decorated, very comfortable bed, spacious, and cool. Hope to come back again!

Dear Jill, We really enjoyed the holiday. The accommodation was neat and clean. All necessary utensils were available. Super was of course the beautiful central location, so everything was within walking distance. We borrowed bicycles in the village. Maybe you could offer that as a service. Liked everything but furniture in living room was not comfotable.

The location of your property was excellent. The items you had included in kitchen & bath we needed to purchase nothing. Suggest place mats for your kitchen table. Comfortable bed in master bedroom.

Great location

Perfect location. One minute walk to the beach, five minute walk to Flagler. Stayed for 3 months and totally enjoyed the apartment. Jill was quick to communicate if I needed anything, but that was rare as the place had everything I needed. Kitchen had a small facet leak and that was taken care of very quickly. Definitely recommend.

Nice place to stay

We stayed at this property for the month of March 2018. The property was as pictured - the furniture was very comfortable, the beds were new, and there was an abundance of good bed pillows, so that was very nice. Jill had the place very well stocked with towels, linens and dishes - which also were either brand new or very gently used. Amazingly enough - there was a complete butcher block filled with knives that were actually sharp! In other condo's we have not found that to be the case and I always bring my own but I didn't have to even use mine this time!! Having a washer and dryer on site was great as well Jill was very easy to contact and work with. There was an issue with the microwave (which was also new) and Jill had a replacement sent within 2 days. It was a short walk to the beach (maybe 5 minutes) and a 10 to 15 minute walk to town which we found very convenient. All in all, I would definitely recommend this location if you want to be close to the beach and town for all the shops, bars and places to eat.

Cozy

The apartment is cozy, simple & good area. The bed was very comfortable as was the sofas. You can see the ocean from here, not much, but atleast you can see it. You can also hear it. Very close to walk to the beach and to Flagler Ave. Owner is very easy to talk to about any questions. We had a nice week there!
