Highly recommend! Close to beach and great places to eat. The host is friendly and communicates quickly. Everything was clean and easy to get checked in and out.

Everything was great. There’s a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach is within walking distance, host communicates very well, place is super clean and comforting as well!

Thank you for the feedback, Bernard. The power outage during your stay was an area wide FPL outage, completely outside our control, and we responded within minutes to keep you posted on the restoration timeline. Staying on top of things for our guests is what we do. On the beeping, we only wish we had known while you were still here, we were in contact with you throughout your stay and would have come out and resolved it on the spot. That kind of quick, hands on support is what every guest can count on from us. We're glad you found the home spotless, and we would love the chance to host you again.

The condo was exactly as described. Very clean and well equipped. Short walk to the Beach Shack ( our favorite place) Coconuts less than 2 blocks. It’s not a beach view but well worth the money. The hoast was very responsive to our needs. The king bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay again..

Francis is a proactive communicator and the property was exactly as expected. I spent a lot of time working remotely and the internet was fast and reliable. The location is great for walking to bars and restaurants. I would easily stay there next year if we go to cocoa beach.

This place is very nice and comfortable, every detail it is so convenient even the fan and lights in the bathroom lol! It has absolutely everything you’ll need for your stay. Great location too! Great communication from host always making sure I had everything I needed. I recommend this place to anyone coming to cocoa beach, you’ll feel like home!

Space Coast Visit

We planned our trip around visiting the KSC. The Shark Tank was a great location to ensure we would be able to get beach time and good food in as well! Francis was very kind and helpful and the accommodations were super clean and had everything you would need.
