Nestled in a quiet neighborhood less than 2 miles away from the Blackwater River boat launch, you'll have endless opportunities for adventure. Whether you want to spend the day exploring Coldwater Creek or soaking up the sun on the stunning beaches of Navarre Beach and Pensacola Beach, this is the perfect spot for you.

The Cottage itself is a spacious 650 sqft mother-in-law house with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. You'll find a full kitchen with a range, refrigerator, and dining table, a lovely full bath with a walk-in shower, and a cozy bedroom with a queen bed and dresser. Plus, there's a convenient laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for your use. Don’t worry about leaving your furry friends- dogs under 20 pounds are welcome for an additional fee.

Feel free to come and go as you please with the lockbox entry and your own key. And don't worry about being on the owner's property - the Cottage is situated on a beautiful 2-acre semi-wooded lot with its own driveway access for added privacy.
