Une agréable promenade à pied vous mènera de l’autre côté du pont Chapoquoit jusqu’à Chappy Beach (environ 20 minutes)

Profitez de certains des couchers de soleil les plus pittoresques de Cape Cod depuis notre terrasse au 2e étage, tout en étant à proximité de tout !

Nous sommes situés au cœur de West Falmouth.

Traversez la rue pour aller chercher une glace chez Eulinda's, une adresse incontournable de Cape Cod ! Puis promenez-vous le long du port de West Falmouth, situé à un pâté de maisons !

Empruntez la Shining Sea Bikeway, une piste cyclable de 10,7 miles (idéale également pour la marche ou le roller !), à seulement deux pâtés de maisons de chez nous ! Cette piste aménagée est bien plus qu’un simple lieu où faire du vélo, de la course à pied ou du roller : c’est une porte d’accès à des panoramas cachés sur les eaux scintillantes de Cape Cod, depuis les ports et les marais salants de Buzzards Bay jusqu’au sable et aux vagues de Vineyard Sound !

Promenez-vous (~1 mile) ou rendez-vous en voiture à la plage de Chapoquoit pour profiter du soleil.

Le soir, rendez-vous au marché de West Falmouth (à 2 minutes à pied !) pour profiter de ses célèbres barbecues d'été en plein air, où l'on sert de délicieuses viandes fumées maison et où l'on organise des concerts en plein air !

Veuillez noter que notre logement se trouve au 2e étage de l’immeuble. Il est entièrement indépendant, mais partage la terrasse extérieure avec un autre appartement.

This location couldn’t have been better for us. It’s super easy access to the bike path (which you can take downtown or to the beach or all the way to Woods Hole). There is a lovely restaurant/cafe for breakfast and smoothies across the street (which turns into an ice cream shop in the evening!!)) and then half a block away a charming market with anything you could possibly need (including beer/wine and even takeout food like pizza, sandwiches and salad). The host is super communicative and the space and very clean and comfortable. We loved that they also have games (Cape Cod themed Monopoly was so fun!). We would definitely love to come back again.

Very convenient location. Host was very responsive. It is on a fairly busy road, so a sound machine is recommended if you're a light sleeper (we had no trouble sleeping).

We really loved this apartment! It’s small but nicely appointed and not cluttered so the space does work for a family of 4 we felt. The location right across from village cafe and near west falmouth market, the bike path and harbor was very fun. We hope to rent it next year too

Fantastic Stay

Property was as advertised, great location and easy check in and out. Adam was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Well stocked kitchen with utensils and dishes/cookware. Would definitely stay again! West Falmouth Market is the best!

Cozy and clean apartment

This apartment is very cozy and nicely decorated. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Close to the West Falmouth market and bike path.

Absolutely perfect

Our stay was incredible. The property was clean and had all the necessary amenities. It was also gorgeous. The location was ideal as it was within walking distance of many places. I believe the furthest we had to drive for stores/restaurants was 10 minutes. We had a great time, and will definitely return in the future.

Mini Getaway

We stayed in Falmouth the weekend of the Road Race and were blown away by the apartment. It was clean and had all the necessities we needed to enjoy our stay. It was cozy and felt like home. A minute walk to the West Falmouth Market, right across the street from Eulindas ice cream and a quick walk to the beach. We enjoyed a coffee and a glass of wine on the deck. The owners were available if needed and check in/out was a breeze. The location was perfect for a weekend away. We will definitely be back!!

Lovely Cape Cod apartment

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, which we used as a base to visit other parts of Cape Cod. It was very clean and well equipped, and the location was convenient and easy to find. The baby bed and high chair were a big help since my husband and I were sharing the apartment with our son, his wife, and their 10-month-old baby. The West Falmouth Market two doors down the street was also a big help, since we were able to get delicious breakfast foods, soup (they also had sandwiches which we didn't try), and baked goods without having to get in the car. People looking to book this apartment should be aware that the second bedroom is a floor above the main living area and is accessed by a narrow spiral staircase. We didn't have a problem with it, but some people might. The landing in the bedroom at the top of the stairs is one step below the bedroom floor, so we put a chair next to the open side to keep from accidentally falling into it when we got up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night (we knew someone who was paralyzed by a fall down a spiral staircase in the middle of the night). The outside stairs on both sides of the apartment are rather steep (it's an old building), and the description does state that there is no elevator, so you need to be comfortable carrying things up and down stairs. The owner of the apartment was very responsive to my messages through the Vrbo app, and his phone number is in the information notebook provided in the unit's living room.

The rental is located upstairs from a spa business location but it was quiet and had a great parking area. Adam’s rental was very clean and had all the amenities of home. There is a great little home town market a half block away that has fresh baked goods, beverages, and even wine and liquor. The beach is literally 5 minutes away and there is a ice cream shop across the street in the evenings. There are no restaurants in town so we had to drive to restaurants which were 15 to 20 minutes away each night.Adam’s communications was great and he responded to questions we had. I would recommend this rental.
