The space was perfect for all of us. Plenty of towels for the family. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen and lots old outside toys and games. Hot tub was super relaxing.

We had a great stay. The house is beautiful, very clean and neat. Lots of extras with the games and activities. Owner is so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this home.

Wonderful Home for Family and Friends

Our stay was wonderful! The house is extremely clean, beautifully decorated, very spacious, well-stocked and brimming with fun possibilities such as hot tub, mini golf, pool table, ping pong and darts! Daniel was a very responsive and attentive host. This is one of the best houses we have ever stayed in.

Wonderful property for a family vacation

Everything was so clean. The bathrooms were so well stocked with everything you could ever need! It is close to so many day trip options and not far from a grocery store and a Walmart. Host was quick to respond to questions and great at checking to see if we needed anything. Thank you Daniel! We would definitely stay again if we're ever in the area!

Excellent house for a group

We loved our stay at Daniel's house. The checkin was easy, everything was clean and functioning, and there were plenty of beds for our group. Beds were a bit firm but rooms were a great size. I especially loved that there was a pack n play and high chair for my little one and i really appreciated all of the coffee equipment. It really felt like a home away from home and it exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay here if we came back to the area.

We reserved this place for Labor day weekend to spend the weekend with our USAFA cadet. We wanted a nice place to just hang out and spend time with him. We checked in and decided to leave within an hour. The place is beat up. The cabinets are beat, the dishwasher isnt attached to the countertop or the cabinets, the stair railing is extremely loose and not to code. The game room lol is a beat up small pool table and a broken dart board with no darts. The hot tub is laughable. Its not like a traditional hot tub. Its tiny, like inside is maybe 3 feet and it might be 2 feet deep. Its a cheap tiny molded plastic thing. The place is dented, scratched and just beat up everywhere. Missing trim all over, back screen door was broken and laying in the yard, the pergola in the back is just destroyed. It must be used as a party house quite a bit. It was advertised as a gorgeous place and its just not.

Thank you for the feedback. Though we take it seriously, we must respectfully set the record straight for future guests. This was a Labor Day weekend booking, coinciding with USAFA graduation — one of the highest-demand weekends in Colorado Springs. The guest checked in and left within the hour, before giving our team any chance to address a single concern in person. Before leaving this review, the guest told us directly that he would make sure this "never happens to anyone else" unless we issued a full refund. On the specifics: our stair railing was independently inspected by VRBO's Safety Team and found to be safe. The dishwasher functions perfectly. There is a small, cosmetic scuff on some trim and wear on the pergola and hot tub, which is normal for a well-used vacation home and nowhere near "destroyed" or "laughable." The game room's pool table and dart board are functional and exactly as photographed, and our hot tub matches the listing. We don’t exaggerate its size or luxury. We'll also note that the specific complaints shared with us directly, with VRBO, and in this review have been inconsistent. We take real maintenance issues seriously and resolve them quickly — our long list of happy guests, including the ones who booked this same property within days of this cancellation, can attest to that. No home is perfect, but we work hard to maintain it in great condition and to provide an incredible experience to all of our guests. We wish this guest well, and stand firmly behind the accuracy of what's stated in our response.

We love the separate spaces to hang out. Say you're traveling with kids or teenagers. Adults can hang out in the living room while kids are having a blast in the Loft Game Area. While at the same time, enjoying intimate and fun moments around the dining table, the large sofa in the living room, and even our amazing patio. You will LOVE our backyard with our Mini golf course in it!
