The new kitchen is well appointed to serve your meal prep needs and a high-top live edge table is a happy gathering place for friends and family. This space can be rented along with our adjoining Bayview 3 unit, if desired and available.

The Space:
Although the security camera is installed at the front door overlooking the walkway, it is not operational, so there is no active surveillance coverage.
Enjoy the newly completed pool located between 617 and 611 Bay Esplanade buildings.

The Neighborhood:
Clearwater Beach is an authentic Mid-Century town. Sea birds, tropical plants, and plenty to see and do add to the sublime atmosphere you’ll be sure to love.

Getting Around:
There is a free parking space available, one space per unit right up front. Jolley Trolley is available for transportation to Publix for groceries and access to nearby entertainment, restaurants, and shopping.
