Guests must be 25+ to book and the primary guest must stay for the entire reservation.
This is a non-smoking property.
Please use the outdoor shower to rinse off sand before entering.

Pet Policy
Up to 2 dogs allowed ($150 for one, $250 for two).
All dogs must be disclosed prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a $500 fine.
Guests must clean up after pets (additional $500 fee if cleaning team must handle this).
No other pets allowed.
You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.

Up to two dogs are welcome for a non-refundable fee of $150 for one, $250 for two,. A fine of $500 will be charged if dogs are not disclosed prior to check-in. Please clean up after your dog(s). If our cleaning team has to, you will be fined $500. No other pets allowed. Thank you.

This is a nonsmoking property.

Please rinse off before entering the home using the outdoor shower located on bottom patio, right outside the game room. Thank you.

From May 1 - October 31, we have sea turtles who nest on our beaches each year. While they`re nesting, the beach needs to be kept as dark as possible. Since this house is oceanfront, we need your help to keep our sea turtles safe. Beginning at dusk on the side of the house that faces the beach, we ask that you please:
1) turn off all outside lights
2) pull down all window shades for any windows or glass doors.

Thank you for helping us give our sea turtles the darkness they need.
