Completely renovated 112 m2 luxury apartment, located within 5 minutes from Diocletian palace, center of Split, restaurants and Riva. This marvelous residence has 3 bedrooms and 2 spacious bathrooms one with shower and other with tub. Open space concept living room and dining room with modern kitchen and balcony are the heart of this apartment. Each bedroom has flat TV, working/toilet desk and wardrobe. Master bedroom has separate walk-in wardrobe with whole size mirror and air condition. The apartment has A/C with floor air conditions and all area within is equipped with mosquito net on each window and door. Both bathrooms have floor heating and washing machine with dryer. The kitchen is modern and stylish with high quality cooking equipment, dishwasher, large dining bench, Nespresso coffee machine and comfortable chairs. The kitchen overlooks the center piece of the apartment: large living space, and dining area, extra large sofa, smart TV, and large wooden dining table, all in natural materials.
