The accommodation comprises a master bedroom, a single bedroom, and a corner with a sofa bed in the living room, making it ideal for families or small groups of friends.

To ensure a comfortable stay, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi internet connection, Smart TV, Nespresso coffee machine, and heating. Whether you are in the city to explore the wonders of Rome or for a business trip, you will find everything you need to feel at home in this apartment.

The price doesn't include the City Tax (€ 6 per person per night for a max of 10 days), guests need to pay it ONLY in cash at their arrival in Rome.

The final cleaning fee must be paid in Euro cash upon arrival.

Standard check-in from 3 to 9 pm. For check-in between 9 pm and 11:30 pm a 30 € fee will be required. For check-in after 11:30 pm a 50 € fee is due. (fees to be paid on arrival, only in Euro Cash)

Check-out within 10:00 am.

Upon request, we are flexible for check-in and check-out time, depending on the availability of the apartment and the cleaning procedure.

A 35 € extra fee is required for check in scheduled for the 25th of December, the 1st of January, Easter day, 15 August.

Electricity and gas consumption is included in the price of this rental. Guests are required to comply with the rules of use of all electrical equipment in the accommodation. Specifically, they are required to turn off all lights and A/C off when not at home.

At check-in It will be mandatory to show each identity document and sign the rental contract.

For infants, the baby cot will be present only on request, the cost is € 50 per stay. In this apartment, the following are not allowed:

- hosting parties

- smoking

- bringing pets

- making noise during quiet hours (from 10:30 pm to 9:00 am)

Upon request, for an additional fee, we can arrange transfers to/from airports, train stations, and the Port of Civitavecchia. More information will be available after booking.
