Great location and well appointed flat. We enjoyed our stay - be mindful there is not an elevator however there short flights of stairs to the apartment. Charming patio with table - we would certainly stay here again.

Wonderful stay in Rome. Apartment was clean and well organized. Excellent location walking distance to many attractions with great restaurants nearby. Host was extremely attentive to all communication and made the stay pleasant and hassle free.

it was a wonderful location for me because when I first came to Italy I was staying near the Colosseum. I traveled around a bit and came back to Rome so this was an opportunity to stay in a different neighborhood closer to some other monuments I hadn’t seen before. Very beautiful spot thank you

The Loft was perfect for our stay. It was very conveniently located. Several shops and restaurants as well as metro station within a short walk. Also about a 5 minute walk to Trevi Fountain and then another couple minutes to Spanish Steps. Great communication with the host. Highly recommend

Upon checking in, we were asked if cleaning was up to our liking which was very nice. Great rate per night and the apartment is in a great area. The shower could use a revamp and a door because it leaks easily.

The room is very close to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps etc and Numerous sidewalk quaint cafes with amazing food and wine. The area was very safe and coffee shop and bakery just couple blocks down. The bed was not the best but not the worst either. The washing machine and drying rack was nice to have . Air Conditioning was very good for us Americans that are spoiled. The app accessible entry door was nice and the key was easily retrieved from lock box at door. The two flights of stairs were not terrible to maneuver with luggage but be aware you do have to carry luggage up two short flights. The recommended driver was very good to use. 10/10 would absolutely stay again.

Clean room, perfect location. The host responded promptly. Good place for a couple for a couple days. A bit noisy, squeaking from the floor above. The bed was firm. Cute little deck. Would recommend.

Wonderful place to stay!

The host, Riccardo, was very helpful and responded quickly to any requests or questions we had, and the location of the property was perfect - away from crowd noise but a short walk to anywhere you wanted to go. I would stay here again!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time in Rome. The location couldn’t have been better if you want to stay in the heart of the city. The apartment was reasonably clean, although it felt a little rustic and could use a bit more attention to detail. The best feature was the beautiful terrace, which almost felt like an extra room. Unfortunately, the weather during our stay wasn’t great, so we couldn’t enjoy it as much as we had hoped. Our only real concern was the size. Although the apartment is listed for four guests, we found it too small for four adults and would recommend it for no more than two people. If you’re a couple looking for a place with an excellent location and a lovely terrace, it’s a good option.

Host was extremely welcoming, and communication was fantastic. The apartment is in the perfect location, being central means everything is within walking distance. With the Trevi Fountain being only a few minutes away. Will definitely stay again
