Welcome to Sandy Shores Haven 502, a spacious and luxurious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. Located near the vibrant Destin Harbor Boardwalk, you'll have easy access to world-class dining, shopping, and entertainment. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
About the Community/Property:
East Pass Towers is the signature property of the Destin Harbor and is a private gated community on the end of the island making it a peaceful retreat while being close to the attractions of Destin. Our building includes a heated oceanfront pool, hot tub, private beach, and outdoor grilling area. The beach couldn't be more accessible, as it is right next to the community pool!
Immediately adjoining our building you can take a walk in the sand to watch the pelicans and herons or take a swim in the ocean. Longer walk/jog trail starts at the front of our building and take you to the miles of sugar white sand of the main Destin beach.
Take a water taxi from our marina (or a 3 min drive) to the harbor which offers some of the best eateries and bars in Florida. Here you can also watch the largest fishing fleet in Florida sail by or rent Pontoon boats, jet skis, fishing boats or take a dolphin cruise. If you are bringing your own boat you can also rent a boat slip at the East Pass Yacht Club or you can charter Happy Hour, our 63' Euro-Yacht. Check her out at www.destinyachting.com

âą This spot features sugar-white sand, a peaceful atmosphere, and views of the East Pass waterway ïżŒ.
âą You can walk straight from the condo onto the beachâit's literally adjacent: no cross-street navigation required
We are also just 5 minutes away from Big Kahuna water park which includes go karts, miniature golf, and much more. Destin is a Golfer's Paradise, with hundreds of holes for your enjoyment. From the World Class Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort courses that host the PGA Seniors Championship, to local public courses that will challenge your handicap.
Just a short drive down Hwy 98 are some great shopping opportunities including Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, and The Town Square in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.
East Pass Towers offers resort-style amenities including a sparkling swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, and private beach access, making you feel like you're on vacation every day. Maximum Guest Occupancy: 4 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)
Enjoy unobstructed, panoramic views of the Gulf from your spacious private balcony, perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply soaking up the sun. The beautifully updated unit features an open floor plan with stylish finishes, and the living area is bright and airy with large sliding glass doors that bring the outdoors in. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample cabinet space. The luxurious master suite offers a serene escape with its own access to the balcony and stunning water views, along with an ensuite bathroom featuring a double vanity, a shower/tub combo, and elegant fixtures. The second bedroom is perfect for family or guests, providing comfort and privacy with easy access to the second full bathroom.

Parking:
Guests may park up to two vehicles. There is one parking spot in the underground garage area; there is a 2nd parking spot outside.
The following policies enforced by East Pass Towers help ensure only authorized guests are using community parking and amenities:
Parking pass:
âą All guest vehicles must display a valid parking pass at all times while on property. Guest parking pass is located inside the unit.
âąThe pass must clearly show your unit number and departure date. Blank parking passes are not valid.
âą Vehicles without properly filled out valid passes will be towed at the owner's expense â no exceptions.
Wristbands:
âą All guests are required to wear wristbands while on the property. Two wristbands are located inside the unit.
âą Wristbands are needed to access the pool, fitness center, beach, grill areas, and other amenities.
âą If you leave the property on foot, you'll need your wristband to reenter. Reservation confirmation may be required at the gate.
âą If lost, there is a $25 replacement fee (per wristband).

Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
