Hi Lara, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet your expectations. Cleanliness and guest comfort are very important to us, and we regret to hear about the concerns you encountered with dust, the condition of the home, and pests. We have shared these comments with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so these areas can be reviewed and addressed. We also apologize for the frustration regarding the jacuzzi temperature. We understand how disappointing it is when a featured amenity cannot be enjoyed as expected, and we will look into the issue further to ensure it is functioning properly. While we did respond when you reached out during your stay, we regret that our communication did not feel like enough and that we were unable to improve your experience while you were there. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us identify areas where we can improve.

Thank you for your detailed feedback—we’re glad you found the home accurate to the listing and enjoyed the location. We do want to clarify a few points. Pool heat and spa settings are preset for safety and consistency, which is why controls are secured. When you reached out, our team did begin coordinating with the property team, and adjustments were made shortly after. That said, we agree communication around timing could have been clearer. Regarding the plumbing, a technician was dispatched during your stay, though it’s clear the issue was not fully resolved at the time, which is not the outcome we expect. Follow-up did continue, but we understand the timing—especially over a weekend—did not align well with your stay window, and that added frustration. We also take your note about the odor seriously and have since completed a full inspection to address any underlying cause. While we don’t agree that our team was unresponsive, we do recognize that the experience felt that way from your perspective, and that’s something we’re actively working to improve. Your feedback has been shared internally to reinforce both communication clarity and follow-through. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're absolutely delighted to hear that your Palm Springs getaway was everything you hoped for—and that our team at ACME could help make it extra special. From pre-arrival communication to prompt on-site service, we truly appreciate your kind words and recognition of our efforts. It’s great to know the home fit your needs perfectly, from the comfortable beds and well-stocked amenities to the private backyard and relaxing pool and spa. We’re especially glad our team could resolve the spa issue quickly so you could fully enjoy those peaceful evenings. Thank you again for the thoughtful feedback and recommendation. We’d love to welcome you and your family back anytime for more sunshine and relaxation!
