The neighbors are kind and respectful, and the overall pace here feels like a breath of fresh air.
What we love most is the blend of nature and convenienceâyou're tucked away in a serene lakeside setting, yet just 10â15 minutes from everything you need: grocery stores, restaurants, downtown Fenton, and several major hospitals. It's a place where you can truly unwind after work, let the kids run barefoot on the beach, or spend a slow Sunday kayaking and grilling outside.
