Our home sits on a quiet, residential street with very little trafficâperfect for morning walks, stargazing, or sipping coffee on the deck as the sun rises over the water. The neighbors are kind and respectful, and the overall pace here feels like a breath of fresh air.
What we love most is the blend of nature and convenienceâyou're tucked away in a serene lakeside setting, yet just 10â15 minutes from everything you need: grocery stores, restaurants, downtown Fenton, and several major hospitals. It's a place where you can truly unwind after work, let the kids run barefoot on the beach, or spend a slow Sunday kayaking and grilling outside.
