This bright and spacious studio apartment is just steps away from a low-density beach, where you can enjoy the sun and sand without the crowds, thanks to the absence of hotels or high-rises on our block. While you may not have beach views, you can still savor the soothing sound of ocean waves from your private balcony, creating the ideal backdrop for your stay.

Inside, you'll find a comfortable and open living space with plenty of natural light, designed to help you unwind and relax. The apartment features a well-equipped kitchenette, a plush bed for a restful night’s sleep, and thoughtful amenities to make your stay enjoyable. On the ground level, you’ll have access to a storage unit stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, a tote, and a cooler bag—perfect for beach days. There’s also plenty of room to store your personal items or bikes, and an outside shower is available to rinse off the sand before heading back in.

Located between 30th and 50th Streets, you’re just a short stroll away from local shops, dining, and attractions like Jolly Roger Amusement Park and the Performing Arts Center. Parking is convenient with an assigned covered spot (note the height restrictions) and free street parking available. Plus, there’s free parking at the Convention Center right across the street. After a day of adventure, you’ll love returning to this peaceful, well-equipped retreat to relax and recharge.

We're thrilled to host you in this spectacular home! Upholding our commitment to top-notch cleanliness, we ask for your cooperation in bringing your own linens. We provide pillows, comforters/top-quilts, but you will have to bring your own towels, sheets, blankets, pillowcases and beach towels. Alternatively, for your convenience, we offer a comprehensive linen drop-off at just $50. This package includes sheets and pillowcases for all beds in use, kitchen dish towels, bathroom bathmats, and a towel/washcloth for each guest, ensuring a comfortable and seamless stay. At the end of your stay we ask that all linens be returned in the same linen bag in which they were delivered to ensure a safe experience for everyone. Your adherence to this requirement contributes to a pristine and enjoyable environment for all guests in our home. Thank you for understanding.
