Our host was amazing!!! We rented the week of NYE, and a big storm started early new years eve day. Hunter checked in with us to make sure all was well, and after short local area internet outage, Hunter offered, and was over in 15 minutes rebooting and getting our internet access up and going again! Hunter saved NYE and our family reunion!

Berkeley visit

The house was not very clean. We found a pot of old coffee in coffee pot. There was a half eaten bag of chips in the night stand in our bedroom. The one bedroom was not private at all. The kitchen on one side & living room on the other. The living room was too crowded. It had some much stuff in there that was not needed. Folding chairs, speakers, a table so big you couldn’t move around.

A house that's been chopped up into many bedrooms, closets, and bathrooms so you can fit several families. Very convenient to the Solano retail core and a short drive to the BART. The backyard could use some TLC to turn it into a place one would want up hang out in.
