Take advantage of the free high speed internet and catch-up on work, or play video games on the full size Ms Pac-Man & Marvel Arcades, while your favorite meal is being prepared in our fully equipped kitchen! The home features a total of 3 bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is the en suite to the master bedroom. The second bathroom is in the hall, to be shared among all guests and features a shower/tub combo. The 3rd bathroom is the en suite in the bunk / game room. Complimentary hand towels, bath towels, shampoo/conditioner, body soap, bar soap and toilet paper are available in all bathrooms.

Cleanings are arranged between reservations. You can be assured of a new clean home for your stay. For additional cleanings during your stay, please let me know and a service can be arranged for a fee.

You`ll have access to the entire home except for a small maid closet where supplies are stored.

I`ll keep in touch through the Airbnb platform and I`ll be available should you need something.

The neighborhood is very quiet and conveniently located.

Depending on your length of stay and the days you are there, you may be asked to take the trash to the street and return the trash cans when they are emptied.

$200 refundable security deposit.
1. No Drugs (This includes marijuana. Penalty for breaking this rule is a $250 deep cleaning fee & loss of booking).
2. Outside quiet hours 11pm - 7 am (Please respect the neighbors).
3. Parking in driveway only.
4. No additional guests other than those on the original booking (even if they are not spending the night, unless agreed upon ahead of time). In other words, please communicate with me.
5. Do not go below 72 degrees on the thermostat.
6. Do not open leave windows/doors open with the A/C on.
7. No smoking (allowed outside/patio only).
8. If you are bringing a pet or hosting an event/party, must be agreed upon ahead of time and have paid the extra fee.

(Pet rules: 1: No pets on furniture or beds at any time. 2: Pick up after your pet and dispose of any droppings in the outdoor trash can.)
