BEAUTIFUL IN TOWN! - 2 Bedroom 1 Bath on Rehoboth Ave. Walk to Beach and Shops!

Welcome to 409 Rehoboth Ave (Unit 29 in The Ark) A nicely furnished unit with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom This two-level unit is bright and open with a large balcony on the 3rd floor looking over Rehoboth Ave. 1 bedroom has a king size bed, the other has queen size, and a queen size sofa bed. Unit comfortably sleeps 6. All linens are provided (including towels etc.)
The unit itself is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. High speed internet is provided along with individual HVAC units in each bedroom and living room. Each bedroom has a 55" smart TV with popular apps already installed. The living room has a 75" smart TV plenty of apps and local TV stations.
The kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator w/ice maker, electric stove and small air fryer. Washer/Dryer is included as well for your convenience. We also have a Keurig coffee with complimentary coffee pods. (Individual Sweetener and Creamer included).
Your stay includes parking for one car behind the building, and 2 parking passes for non-metered street parking. (Meters are active May 15-Sept 15). The Boardwalk / Beach is 5 blocks away with many fine Restaurants and coffee shops even closer.
Per HOA only owners are allowed pets.

This unit is managed by the owner who is accessible to assist with any questions you may have and to make checking in a breeze!
Check in is after 3pm and check out by 10am.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, ideally-located apartment. Exceeded expectations. Kitchen and other rooms were well-stocked w every little thing you might need. All went w/o a hitch from arrival to departure because host’s instructions were accurate and explicit and all was as-advertised - and more.

We loved our stay! We plan on renting again next year. The condo was clean, comfortable, and in walking distance to all shops, restaurants and the beach. The host left clear directions and there were even extra toothbrushes which was perfect since I forgot mine. This is probably one of the best rentals I’ve ever stayed at!

Excellent place near the beach

Stayed with my wife and two kids. The apartment was exactly as listed. Lots of nice touches, like extra toothbrushes and plenty of clean towels. Easy checkin, walkable to the beach and all points in between, and a completely reasonable and easy check out list. Would absolutely stay there again.

Fantastic condo

This place is exactly as beautiful and cozy as you see in pictures. Everything was there and more; no surprises - it was the perfect little get away. We loved the simple, clean decor and the bright open space. The location is perfect, far enough from the hustle and bustle of town but a quick walk to enjoy it.

Very nice apartment

Our family of 4 adults had a great stay at this Rehoboth apartment. Everything was in excellent condition, and the apartment had all the items we needed.
