If this had been a pre-existing problem, we would have expected it to be brought to our attention sooner so it could be addressed immediately. Once you notified us, we promptly contacted our plumber and kept you informed of their arrival. As you were not home at the time, the plumber was able to access the property briefly and resolve the issue quickly. In terms of cookware, our cleaning team carefully checks all kitchen items between guests and replaces any damaged pieces. We also provide a variety of pots and pans, so there are always alternatives available if one item is not in ideal condition. As previously mentioned, our listing does not state that toiletries are provided. Additionally, we clearly indicate that we supply a starter kit for guests, which includes limited quantities of essential items. Any additional supplies are the responsibility of the guest. Lastly, our listing specifies a maximum occupancy of six guests. However, there were seven guests staying in the property for the duration of your visit.
