Welcome to Horizon South 73F, a superbly updated 1 bedroom 1.5 bath condo, located just a short distance to the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit includes a fully updated kitchen, a spacious living area, and bunk alcove in the hallway. The primary bedroom is located to the rear of the unit and there are 1.5 baths to accommodate everyone. Horizon South has amazing amenities and is near all the attractions on the West end of Panama City Beach!
Must be 21 and/or older to book.
Please bring your own beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella.
We provide a starter kit of supplies until you can go to the store. (Hotel like, not restocked)
Bring your own favorite spices and cooking oils.
READ PRIOR TO BOOKING!!
We would like to inform you that the middle pool will be closed starting October 27th to undergo essential maintenance. As part of this process, the pool will be drained to allow for repairs to the flooring, ensuring long-term durability and safety.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our community amenities. These improvements are part of our ongoing commitment to providing a more enjoyable and high-quality experience for all residents.
Horizon South is a resort community located on the West End of Panama City Beach. Just a short distance to Pier Park, the Sky Wheel, and countless dining and shopping options.
The unit is located on the south side of Horizon South and it is just a short walk to the beach from the unit.
Gate code and Check in instructions will be sent 24 hours prior to check in.
There is a fee for parking passes and wristbands.
**NOTICE BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE READ:
Guest wrist bands:
Upon arrival at Horizon South ALL guests are required to stop at the Management office to purchase wristbands. ALL guests are required to wear wristbands while on all portions of Horizon South property. Children 5 years old and younger will NOT be required to purchase or wear a wristband. Failure to not display a wristband will result in removal from the property.
Armband cost is $20 per person, NOT PER RESERVATION for 7 days not to exceed $40 in a continuous maximum stay of 6 months. Armbands are color coded.

Upon arrival ALL guests must stop at the management office to purchase a parking pass. Passes are $25 per vehicle
TRAILORS/OVERSIZED VEHICLES:
Overflow vehicle parking is allowed on the gravel area on the west side of the property. Trailers will ONLY be allowed on the designated areas west of the tennis courts inside the fenced area. The over flow parking fee is $40 for 10 day intervals.
Golf Carts:
Golf cart parking is only allowed for Horizon South owners. Rental golf carts are not allowed, unless approved by General Manager-Speak to management office prior to renting a golf cart for approval.
The Unit has two queen beds in the primary bedroom.
Two twin bunks in the hallway alcove.
Queen sleeper sofa in the living area.
