Steps from public transportation (bus), or quick drive to Oak Grove for direct subway train to Boston. Very close to Melrose Wakefield Hospital. Perfect for those who enjoy the quiet yet be near Boston. Our sunny and spacious one-bedroom unit offers more space than the average, ensuring a comfortable stay. 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed and 1 convertible futon/ sofa accommodating a group of 4. We also have a Pack and play for kids/ babies. The kitchen has lots of natural light, and is equipped with modern amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, and essential cookware. There is a cozy study desk for remote working with high-speed internet. Comes with a complimentary parking spot.

The property was an ideal location for us to walk to town and to the family member’s house. The property was spacious and provided a quiet rest. The one thing I found lacking was a wash cloth. There was helpful information but not about the thermostat.

Lovely Stay in Melrose Apartment

We were so pleased with our stay! The apartment was spacious and clean in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The owners were super friendly and helpful. Off street parking for our vehicle was a plus! The location was convenient to Boston as well as areas north. We appreciated the opportunity to stay and would return.

Great place

I had a festival to attend as a vendor in Salem and this was a perfect spot. Big parking space, accommodation was just perfect. Price was in the budget. The owners were lovely and very helpful. Super recommend.

Halloween in Salem

Property was perfect size for couple or small family. Located close resturants and Shopping. Just a short drive to Boston and neighboring towns. Highly recommend. Host was very responsive to all messages.

The property is well kept and private. The walkability to the great local restaurants and groceries is a 9. Parking is off-street behind the main house, at the foot of the stairs to the private apartment, easily accessible and safe. Travel to Boston is available by commuter rail (purple line) Melrose Highlands 1 mile away. There are many walking, biking, hiking, and boating, options nearby. The owners are accessible if needed.

This place is amazing and so are the owners. Very private. Way nicer than a hotel at a fraction of the cost. Would love to stay here again on our next trip. Thank you so much. Beautiful apartment worth every penny.

Very comfortable and nice

Great location right in quaint Melrose, which we wanted to be close to relatives for the holiday. Modern, spacious, clean, all amenities including w/d; big kitchen which we used for meals. Beautiful wood floors. Slept very well, quiet. Parking right at unit, which my husband really appreciated. Owners responsive and kind. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful house and property

You enter through the bedroom and everything perfect. We didn’t get wifi from her but the phones did pick up wifi, but it was due to lack of communication, we were busy running to different restaurants and sight seeing Boston and Salem. 2 small inconveniences, limited towels and no wash cloths, (I always bring a set with me.)No pots or pans or plates or cups. There is a coffee maker. The lady we talked to was very nice and was helpful. The place was clean and well decorated. The chairs were comfortable. So don’t forget a hand towel and cups paper plates. Pot if you’re going to cook and ask the owner to turn on wifi right away. I would say on our trip it was a 10/10. I would stay there again.

Melrose is a small town just a little north of Boston. It is bustling with restaurants, wining and dining and shopping experience. It also has a couple of train stations. They say Melrose is the best kept secret of MA.

This property is ideal for a group of 4. Although just 1 bed room, it has enough space to accommodate more. It is bright, warm and sunny and has a private entrance. What more can you ask for? It has lots of kid friendly amenities.
