Your stay will have everything you need to enjoy a perfect trip to the beach. Central to both downtown Atlantic beach shopping and restaurants as well as the Jacksonville pier area. This condo has been fully updated and renovated for your comfort and convenience.

The Space:
This 1st floor condo has 2 identical rooms, each complete with a very comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV, plenty of room and a closet. There's 1 bathroom off the hallway, and a washer/dryer inside the condo. The living room is beautiful, with so much natural light, with a large flat screen TV and the sofa turns into a queen sized bed. The back of the building there’s an outdoor seating area with a BBQ grill. There's 4 beach chairs for your convenience. The kitchen is completely stocked with all the cooking tools and pots/pans you would need.

Guest Access:
You’ll have access to your condo and also the back courtyard area with the outdoor dining table and BBQ grill.

Peaceful beautiful neighborhood, walking distance to the beach, parks and walking and bike riding distance to restaurants, shopping, cafe's and more!
