Beautiful coastal condo - walk to the beach!

Come stay and enjoy a peaceful and relaxing luxury escape in beautiful Neptune Beach in this 2 bedroom, completely updated condo, only 3 blocks to the ocean! Your stay will have everything you need to enjoy a perfect trip to the beach. Central to both downtown Atlantic beach shopping and restaurants as well as the Jacksonville pier area. This condo has been fully updated and renovated for your comfort and convenience.

The Space:
This 1st floor condo has 2 identical rooms, each complete with a king size bed, flat screen TV, plenty of room and a closet. There's 1 bathroom off the hallway, and a washer/dryer inside the condo. The living room is beautiful, with so much natural light, with a large flat screen TV. The back of the building there’s an outdoor seating area with a BBQ grill. There's 4 beach chairs for your convenience. The kitchen is completely stocked with all the cooking tools and pots/pans you would need.

Abby is an excellent communicator and responded quickly to any questions we had. The space was clean and comfortable for our stay. Shampoo, soap and Kurig cups were available, and there were pans and utensils available to cook or grill during our stay. It was a short walk to the beautiful beach and there were restaurants and a Publix nearby. We will definitely stay again when visiting the Jacksonville area!

Beautiful Condo!!

Definitely enjoyed our stay. Was a quick trip to the beach, which is exactly what we wanted. It was an easy process to check in & out, as the host was quick to respond to messages. Such a cute, clean, & quiet place to stay. I felt very comfortable in the neighborhood too. Would definitely recommend & would stay again in the future.

Excellent property and amazing host. Couldn't ask for a more convenient walk to the beach...just 2 blocks away. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. This unit was perfect for our family of four. Abby is a VERY responsive host. I reached out about a few minor things, and she was more than willing to come and rectify immediately if needed. If we come back to Jacksonville, I would love to stay at this property again.

Enjoyed our time

My friends and I stayed for three nights and while the place was on the small side, everyone enjoyed it. Pros: it appeared to have been recently renovated. It was well equipped and even provided basic toiletries, which was nice. It appeared to be very clean. The two king beds were very firm. Cons: I slept in the front bedroom. The window is covered by blinds and they let in the streetlight and road noise which made sleeping difficult. The back bedroom also just had blinds, so got very bright in the morning. Some noise-reducing black-out curtains would be beneficial. Also, while the listing indicates the unit is 3 blocks from the beach, I didn’t realize that one of those blocks included a very busy major road. We drove and parked easily at a public access (on Monday) but I don’t know that we would have found it easy to do on a weekend. The last night we opened a bottle of bubbles and found the wine glasses on the top shelf of a very tall cabinet- so had to drink it out of tumblers. Maybe there was a step stool but we couldn’t find it. Overall, we had an enjoyable time.
