The fully appointed kitchen has been updated and is perfect to make those family meals or beach time picnics. The second bedroom has a queen and twin bed and Roku smart TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower. The condo has FREE secure Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer right in the unit. Nearby shops and restaurants add to the convenience of your vacation experience. The property has a heated swimming pool, spa, tennis courts, large sundeck with lounge chairs and tables, gas grills, beach access, and assigned under-building parking. Very family-friendly! This is pet friendly so if you are highly allergic to dogs this home may not be a good fit for you. Our cleaning service is very good but you may notice an occasional dog hair here and there. One dog up to 30 lbs. ($200 Non refundable pet fee). Pet fee will be applied after reservation is confirmed.
