Charming 3-bedroom house across from Lake Freeman

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is a perfect getaway that accomodates 3-5 people comfortably. You'll love the one-acre lot and the beautiful view of of the lake across the street. You will probably see deer, herons, eagles and other wildlife especially during early mornings and dusk. There's beauty here all four seasons!

Monticello, Indiana, is a quaint little town that has plenty of restaurants and things to do. It's about a half-hour from Lafayette, home of Purdue University, 90 minutes northwest of Indianapolis and two hours from Chicago.

Our favorite activities in the area: Parks, Delphi Trails, White Horse Winery, Indiana Beach, Purdue University sporting events, Drive-In Movie Theater, Wolf Park, Tippecanoe Country Club, and Festivals.

There's plenty of recreational items to borrow: Two kayaks, two bikes, hammocks, gas grill, cornhole boards and bags, and other games. And did we mention there's your own private Pickleball Court nestled in the woods?! There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with great views.

In the evenings we recommend relaxing around the firepit and walking across the street to see beautiful sunsets over the lake. We'll even chop some wood for you.

There's comfortable living spaces with great views from every room. We have Netflix, Youtube TV and Wifi but hope you don't use them too much when you're here. All the bedrooms are spacious and there's a full bathroom on each floor.

The kitchen is fully furnished for cooking but there's plenty of great restaurants around too. Many of them have entertainment such as live music, karaoke, and trivia contests.
