On-site amenities, fully furnished, 2 TVs with Xfinity cable in L/R and ROKU streaming in bedroom, Wifi internet, leather reclining sofas, king size bed, Keurig coffee machine, new quartz kitchen countertops & backsplash, new granite vanity, private 6 x 15 balcony overlooking bay & spectacular sunset views, AC & fully equipped kitchen. This is a unique and tranquil getaway location! Free onsite parking. Dock your boat outside.

Sombrero beach is close and one of the nicest beaches in the Keys which has plenty of parking. Key West is just a 45-minute drive, and Islamorada is just 20 minutes away. Swim with the dolphins, snorkel at Sombrero Reef, fishing/sunset cruise, jet skiing, Charter excursions available! Bring your golf clubs the course is open to the public!
BOATERS- You can even bring your boat!... or rent one, with easy access (10 min) to the open waters of the Atlantic Ocean or the Gulf of Mexico in 10 minutes when departing from your protected birth on Boot Key Harbor. There is an additional fee for boat slips -- please inquire.
