Best Waterfront View of Boot Key Harbor! Marathon MM50 - this 1 bdrm + 1 bath with a lanai overlooks beautiful Boot Key Harbor. On-site amenities, heated salt pool, fully furnished, 2 TVs with ROKU streaming and live news channels, Wifi internet, located on the 2nd floor with the most amazing sunset views! Full amenities, fully furnished, HVAC only, full kitchen, coffee/wine station, dining table, sofa and recliners, private 6 x 15 balcony overlooking bay & spectacular sunset. Plus, from your front porch you can look out to the pool and beautiful Sombrero golf course where you can see the sun goes down. Itâs the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. This is a unique and tranquil getaway location! Free onsite parking. Dock your boat outside.

Swim with the dolphins, snorkel at Sombrero Reef, fishing/sunset cruise, jet skiing, Charter excursions available! Bring your golf clubs the course is open to the public!
BOATERS- You can even bring your boat!... or rent one, with easy access (10 min) to the open waters of the Atlantic Ocean or the Gulf of America in 10 minutes when departing from your protected birth on Boot Key Harbor. There is an additional fee for boat slips -- please inquire.
