Situé sur un coin de rue en face de la plage. La promenade de la plage est directement en face de la maison, donc vous ne transportez pas vos jouets de plage dans la rue pour vous amuser. Récemment rénové. Ce 3/2 offre 1 lit king, 1 lit queen et 2 lits jumeaux Nouveau décor design, 4 téléviseurs à écran plat HD avec DVD et des lits vraiment confortables. La chambre King est un maßtre avec sa propre salle de bain complÚte, les 2 autres chambres sont de l'autre cÎté de la maison et partagent une salle de bain complÚte.

Immense porche avec vue imprenable sur la plage, véranda grillagée supplémentaire à l'arriÚre, table de nettoyage du poisson, douche extérieure, wi-fi haute vitesse. Vues sans prix, chiens bienvenus.

Animaux - Nous acceptons deux chiens bien élevés.

Location minimum de 7 nuits requise toute l'année.

Cette maison se loue du dimanche au dimanche, jusqu'Ă  Thanksgiving 2019, puis nous passons du samedi au samedi.

Great for our family!

Can't beat the location

We had the best time staying at this home for a family vacation. Very cute house with nice decor. Perfect size for our family. The deck looking out at the Gulf is the best. The location can't be beat! Hope to be back soon...

Our Third Visit!

My husband and I love this island and this stay, our 3rd, was our best! In fairness, we may say that every time, but every time we mean it! This house on W Gorrie is absolutely adorable, extremely functional, wonderful space, convenient to everything, but especially cozy and feels like home. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to be back! Thank you Thank you Thank You!!

As Always A Total Delight!

We love this jewel of a spot! December 2023 was our second stay at this property and not our last. We love the layout (main gathering area of this home is open space), the location (easy and central to Lighthouse area of the island), and the steps away access to that gorgeous SGI beach! 1st tier at SGI

Overall, Coastal Exchange was great for our family of 3 for 2 weeks. We were able to bring our dogs. Thank you! There is a keyless entry for the home, although for some reason, the property manager has guests stop by the office to pick up the code instead of sending via email. Fortunately, their office is on the way to this house. Many other reviewers mentioned the house is dated; however, it is well-maintained & very clean & the furniture was also clean & in good condition. The mattresses are incredibly soft & the views of the ocean are beautiful. The house sits on a very nice lot & public beach access is across the street.

Wonderful week!

We had a great time at Coastal Exchange. Walking in, we immediately noticed how clean everything was. With a property that allows pets, we were afraid it would smell like pets, but it was fresh and sparkling. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the beach. We spent every day on the beach and enjoyed every second. The beds and furniture were comfortable and there were lots of extra linens if you needed them. The A/C kept us comfortable, but you may want to leave the bedroom doors open at night. We noticed that we got warm at night even thought the air was set at a comfortable temperature. For first timers like us, be aware that SGI has biting flies during certain times of the year, so be sure to pack your bug repellant. The property is close to restaurants, a small grocery store, and the island lighthouse. Tim was incredibly responsive and answered all of my questions, and the leasing office staff were helpful and quickly got us checked in. We hope to come back to this property and to SGI in the future. Highly recommend!

The house was perfect; clean and met our every need. The view from the house was amazing! It did need better pillows on the bed and the kitchen faucet was hard to shut off, but this was a very minor inconvenience.

Wonderful family vacation

All I can say is we will be back! This was our first trip to SGI. The location of the house was perfect, and the house was the perfect size for 3 couples and a baby. We had so much fun reconnecting as a family, and the island is all it is said to be. We'll be back next year for sure! Thank you to the homeowner for keeping the rental affordable and dog friendly! And SGI is super dog friendly as well. Go check out "island dog" and the conch fritters at blue parrot are awesome! Also the doughnuts at the doughnut shop....wow!

Awesome house

This house was perfect for our beach vacation. The location was excellent. While not beachfront the house has a lovely ocean view. Close to all the restaurants. We rented a golf cart and rode around the island. Lots of fun. The only downside is a total of six bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels but washer and dryer are available.

Great location!

Loved the location! Views from the deck were great and easy access across the street to the beach. The house is a little outdated but it fit our needs. Would stay here again.

Perfect!

Fantastic location, beach, and house layout. Directly across from beach access, three minute walk to your spot! We saw dolphins, manta rays, osprey, sea turtle Nests and caught fish from the shore. We enjoyed evenings on the front deck and we very entertained. One week wasn’t enough!!! Downstairs outdoor shower, fish cleaning area and grill. Good laundry

Great Stay and location

The place was great and the location was perfect! Only negative and I really hate to even mention it but I want to help out the property management for the next renters. The first night when we went to bed, our oldest daughter had a live bug crawling on her! We then had to check everywhere for more, looking under beds and dressers we found 3 more dead ones. That was it and we didnt see any more bugs. I was going to call the next day but we didn't find anymore. I felt like maybe no one had stayed in this house the weeks before and maybe it needed cleaned again before our arrival?

Saint George island

It was a very good experience and we would book it again. There are a few things that need maintenance. The kitchen sink leaks, the back porch screen on the door needs fixed. The master bathroom sink is leaking under the faucet. The guest shower does not work. The tv in the master bedroom , we never figured out how to work it. The stairs outside need some boards repaired and the floor on the front porch needs some boards replaced. With that being said there was so many positive things about this residence and we had a wonderful relaxing time. Thank you for sharing!

Awesome views!

We have been coming to SGI since 2011 and this by far is our favorite house yet!! Definitely this is our go to house from here on out. From booking the property to checking out was seamless. The owner was prompt with answering any questions we had and gave us great suggestions on the area. The house was clean and very comfortable. The views are phenomenal and right across from the beach access.

We currently live in the Galveston Texas area. The property, Coastal Exchange, is named after selling our Galveston Bay home and exchanging it for beautiful St George Island. We hope to retire here in the next few years.

We chose St George Island because it reminds us of 'Old Florida', no Walmarts or Home Depots, not even a traffic light. The fishing is outstanding and the beaches....well check out the 2012 Sports Illustrated swim suit addition and you'll find some the best photos were taken here on St George Island.

Our home is a charming coastal getaway. The beach boardwalk is directly across the street so it's almost the same as being on the beach. The views and the sounds of the ocean had us hooked at hello. We work hard to keep the place in top condition so we know you will have a Clean, well appointed home for your stay.
