Spacieux, situé au centre de deux chambres, deux bains condominium situé directement sur le port de Provincetown! Cette propriété a récemment été achetée par de nouveaux propriétaires fin 2016.

Situé directement en face de la mairie, au-dessus des commerces de détail, le condo dispose de plus de 1 400 pieds carrés d'espace habitable sur deux étages. Boutiques, galeries, restaurants et vie nocturne sont à quelques pas!

Le niveau principal dispose d'un grand salon avec vue sur la rue commerciale et le Pilgrim Monument, salle à manger séparée, salon fermé, salle de bain complète et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec la taille cuisson à gaz et pleine machine à laver et sèche-linge empilable.

Grâce à des portes françaises de la cuisine, l'accès à un pont de 1 000 pieds carrés bord de l'eau partagé avec deux autres condos: 500 pieds carrés. sont réservés pour votre usage privé. La plate-forme permet un accès direct à la plage et dispose d'un canapé grande section privée, une table privée pour accueillir 6 + et une grille privée complète.

Le deuxième niveau comprend deux chambres, deux avec lits queen size, et une grande salle de bain complète.

This listing is as perfect as it looks. If you don’t book it fast, I may beat you to it. Love all the personal touches, it’s the PERFECT location, and people watching from the bay window was our favorite thing to do. I can’t say enough nice things about this place. It was great.

This location can’t be beat! It’s in the center of town, easily walkable to everything in the east and west ends. But you may not want to leave the property because of the amazing Commercial Street views from the living room as well as the stunning harbor views from the expansive back deck.

Great property with beach locations, a great deck, and loved the kitchen.Neighbors are one deck over and we like that.Great for the party crowdCrown and Anchor is a minute away, Boatslip 5 mins, and the others less.Great restaurants all around Victors, Patio, Ciro and Saks are favorites.

I kind of don’t want to say how great this place is because I’d rather keep it within my circle of friends.But that wouldn’t be fair. La Nounoursière is one of the most magical places we’ve ever stayed. Every room reflects incredible thought, personality, and warmth, making it feel less like a rental and more like the home of someone with impeccable taste and passion who genuinely loves sharing it.The upscale appliances and amenities are first-rate, the personal touches are absolutely unique and memorable, and everything is beautifully curated without ever feeling fussy. Add in the easy access to Commercial Street, restaurants, and entertainment, and the location couldn’t be better.Our first visit to Provincetown was made even more special because we stayed here. We’ll definitely be hoping to return.

The property is a top tier beach house. From the spacious deck overlooking the beach/water to the right in the middle of town location it was relaxing and super convenient. The interior decorating was fantastic and the kitchen well appointed with modern appliances and any cookware you could imagine. Be aware the bedrooms are two flights up but us 70 year olds didn’t have any problems navigating through the property. The piano was an added bonus. The hosts were friendly and responsive. We’d go back here in a heartbeat.

It was in a great location to see everything! It seems to be in the busiest part of town but the noise in the street didn’t bother me or keep me from sleeping!

This art-filled condo met all of our needs. From the bay-facing deck to the fully outfitted kitchen and premium mattresses and linens, we highly recommend this rental. The location could not be any more central with innumerable food options and entertainment of all kinds. Being able to step off our deck onto the bay beach was an added plus as well. Our hosts were very responsive to our requests and needs. Totally enjoyed our stay.

This is our second year to stay at this location. You can’t beat the location. Steps from Town Hall and the back patio views are breathtaking. The owners are easy to work with and available when/if you need them!

We are two French hosts who moved to the United States more than twenty years ago and first discovered Provincetown in those early days. We were thrilled to buy this very special historic property in 2016, and it has become one of our favorite places in the world. We now split our time between Provincetown, Boston, the rest of New England, and Europe, and love returning to Provincetown for its light, history, and sense of community. As long‑time travelers and frequent guests in other people’s homes, we care a great deal about comfort, thoughtful details, and clear communication, and hosting here is our way of sharing a piece of P‑town’s past while giving guests a relaxing, well‑run base for their own time at the Cape.

The property is part of the historic Obadiah Snow House & Store, where the Snow family, a prominent 19th‑century mercantile family, ran their household furnishings and “fancy goods” business that helped define Commercial Street’s early commercial life. Built before 1858 with notable Italianate elements, the building’s scale and character connect directly to the images captured by Louis Morris Snow and preserved in Irma Ruckstuhl’s Old Provincetown in Early Photographs. Staying here means sleeping above a former general store that once anchored the street, in a space that has evolved into a comfortable, modern retreat while still carrying the patina and stories of generations of Provincetown merchants and makers.
