Loved staying here. The architecture and design were great. Loved the wall that opened into the courtyard. Privacy with the separate casitas was very nice.

Lovely place

My spouse and I rented this property to host my baby shower and it was the perfect place. We loved the indoor and outdoor space. Guille was very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Stayed for graduation weekend and this house is perfect for entertaining, relaxing and enjoying indoor outdoor living at its best. Host was responsive and helpful. Excellent all around.

Spacious & clean

Beautiful location, quiet neighborhood, super clean, every bedroom has a restroom which makes this home very accommodating for 8 adults. My son is in college and had to study in between spending time with family and the separate casitas gave him that quiet space. Also, very attentive host.

Pacific Beach Gem

What a house! It is a modern compound built around a beautiful tree in a quiet beach side neighborhood. Each space feels contemporary and fresh and the accommodations are great as each space provides separate living quarters for many to gather! The very attentive host has many great local recommendations. The house is perfect for family and friends also to enjoy the beautiful outdoor space.

4th of July

Yearly family trip to SD’s Pacific Beach. Very convenient location (quiet neighborhood). Clean well maintained home. The modern layout of the home is very cool and comfortable. 2 detached studios surround the courtyard along with the main home. A lot of privacy if sharing the place with other couples/ family. The home has a lot of fun facts leading to present date. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Great house and awesome host!

The house worked great for our multi-week family visit. I was able to work in the office and our 3-year-old son turned the TV room into his playroom. The casita is separate and very private. The good airflow meant that we didn't miss having AC. Everything was very clean and the kitchen well stocked with good pans/utensils/etc.Guille was very attentive/responsive and even left a few books for my son to read and toys to play with while we visited.

Beautiful, unique beach home with everything you need for a perfect get away!

I cannot recommend Guille’s place enough! It was even more unique and beautiful than the listing described and very well equipped with everything you need including beach equipment and even surf gear. It comfortably held our party of 7, including my 4 young kids with plenty of room to spread out. My kids loved the swing in the backyard!The neighborhood is friendly and walkable with grocery stories nearby. The closest beach is a surf park but very cool to check out even if you don’t surf with a sandy beach for relaxing slightly further down. We spent a lot of time in La Jolla which is just a short drive.Guille was a wonderful host and even left a Padre’s hat for us as we were in town for opening day.
