Our host was among the best. He responded quickly and was very helpful. He also recommended local attractions. I will say the pictures of the room were accurate although it was slightly smaller than i thought, but that wasnt an issue as the location was very nice and very secure. I would highly recommend.

The host himself is not good at all. The whole studio does not have water, it doesn’t seem like a safe surrounding. He did not pick up the phone once when we were there! Thanks to Vrbo’s supervisors they were able to accommodate us with something nicer but overall Victor is very irresponsible!

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had to call to get the correct gate code on arrival. There was not a tv remote so unable to use the tv. The shower did not have any hot water. I was able to get hot water out of the sink though. The gated area felt safe for a solo traveler but this room is very much like a dorm size room. It served its purpose

Awesome time.

We had a great time at this location. We will definitely stay here again. Everything is very accurate from the person. You’re 3 block from the beach. Convenient store is right around the corner along with a few restaurants.

Paradise footsteps away

The host communicated very well and had great instructions before we even arrived. Room was very inviting and intimate with basic needs which helped us. Loved the outside feature with washer and dryers and back hangout area. The walk to the beach was no more than 5 minutes and very convenient. We will definitely be back to stay again.

At first not what we expected. When we had an issue the owner responded promptly. The owner was very appreciative of feedback to help his property. It is in a very secure neighborhood lots of things in walking distance. If ride was needed uber was the best. The staff was very helpful when you needed extra amenities. Beach in walking distance

The room was exactly as advertised....photos provided are what you get. Very clean. In the bathroom, there is a large walk in shower (with hot or cool water), toilet, large sink (not much counter space, but there are drawers for storage), hair dryer, toilet paper, body wash and shampoo. Maybe some other essentials left behind by prior guests (aloe vera, suntan lotion) - pretty standard. In the bedroom suite, there is also a small bar area with a tap and deep sink (dish soap provided), cabinets for storage, decent sized bar fridge (keeps things very cold), drip coffee maker, coffee mugs, drinking glasses, paper towels, dish rags, and some plastic spoons/cutlery. There is also a closet with a rod for hanging your linens and several variations of hangers ( for shirts/pants/etc). Also an iron (amazing) and a hamper for dirty laundry (there are laundry machines approximately 5 meters outside the suite). Also several fresh body towels, smaller hand towels/wash towels and even a beach towel to bring with you to the beach. The property is located inside of a gated community (with 24/7 security - there is at least one person there at all times), and inside of that gated again with a pin code access to the property. And then a keyless access to the suite. 3 layers of security. Ocean park playa is 100 meters away. Isla Verde public access 12 minute walk. Supermarket a 12 minute walk. Victor is a fantastic host and always available. If you're on the fence about Puerto Rico just GO!

The shower was dirty and full of hair. It mentions kitchen but there is no stove and the microwave made noise like it was breaking down. The worst thing is the owner didn’t give me the right code to get in until the next day so I was locked out. I called him and messaged him multiple times! Poor experience.
