Carriage House appartement- blocs lumineux à la plage et de la promenade

Notre appartement 1928 maison de transport est situé dans le quartier historique Hill Beach. Il a été récemment rénové, mais une grande partie du charme d'origine a été maintenue. Il est un endroit idéal pour les familles ou les petits groupes - à proximité de nombreux sites touristiques encore situés dans un quartier résidentiel.
Beach Cowell (boogie d'embarquement et le surf), Lane Steamer (surf avancé), Monterey Exploration Center, Boardwalk, quai, Guerriers de basket-ball stade, le centre-ville et West Cliff Drive (vélo / sentier pédestre le long de la mer) sont à peine 5 minutes à pied de notre maison.
L'appartement est situé dans un jardin privé, loin de la rue principale, derrière notre maison. Nous espérons que vous allez adorer ce quartier historique, autant que nous le faisons!

We had a fantastic stay at this rental - great amenities (beach accessories, treats/smore's making kit, outdoor fire pit), ideal location (5-10 min walk to beach/boardwalk and downtown Santa Cruz in safe neighborhood), great hosts (friendly and responsive, provided excellent recommendations on restaurants/things to do). Hands down one of the best stays we've had! Highly recommend!

Great for a family

We had a quick--but great--stay. Communication was excellent, check-in was easy, walking to the boardwalk was easy (even in the not-so-great weather), and the space was perfect four our family of four. The toys/games were an added bonus!

Our house is located in historic Beach Hill. It is between downtown and the beach and boardwalk. While you are here you can walk or bike to just about anything in town. We are close to museums, parks, movie theaters, live theater, sporting events, and shops, as well as the ocean, wharf, and boardwalk.
