Escape to your own coastal retreat in this beautiful 2 bedroom beach condo, offering breathtaking views of the Intracoastal waterway and direct access to the beach. Relax on the private balcony while watching boats cruise by, dolphins swim in the water, and enjoy spectacular sunrises, soaking in the peaceful waterfront atmosphere.

Inside, the condo features a bright, open layout with 2 comfortable bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light and showcase the gorgeous water views. This unit offers high speed internet access, smart TVs in all the bedrooms and living room area, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking and coffee needs. Beach necessities are all provided including beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and beach toys. There is also a boat dock and fishing pier for guests to enjoy. All you need to bring is your favorite drink and a book!

Great stay!

Wonderful unit. Loved the view of the bay with the boats coming and going, bird watching, and even a few dolphin sightings from the porch. The beach items were a bonus (towels, chairs, cooler)!! The pool and deck are still being repaired from hurricane damage, but once that is complete, this will be a perfect property for any Indian Shores beach trip!!

We had bay side view. The pool and bbq area was under construction which put a damper on things because we had no idea until we got there. We have 2 teens and a baby that would have enjoyed vacation alor more if we could have used those areas

Lacking

Very nice unit but lack of pool (in repair) and frequent intrusions for balcony repair did not make for a enjoyable vacation. Toilet in the master bedroom required plumbing and woodwork needs painting and repair. Beds had only one set of sheets and pillows did not have protective covers.

Thank you for staying with us Joe! I understand the frustration with the pool and the balcony but this is temporary until construction is done. That was made aware to you before the rental process and a discount was applied to your rent so hopefully that helped out! You are my first renter and I appreciate the feedback, I will work on addressing all the concerns you had for the future.
