We've had multiple stays at this fabulous home and everything has been positively great. It's close to my daughters home, friendly quiet neighborhood, much value when comparing to cost of staying. Also, I've always been impressed with the owners friendly communication and sincere interest to providing for our needs. Bottom line, is that this is our home away from home, and we love it!

This was our second time coming here. Our family loves it and we hope to enjoy it again in the future. The location is great and feels like home, the kids didn't want to leave. The yard, pool, and house are very well taken care of. The kids really enjoyed playing bingo and Yahtzee from the closet. We enjoyed Marco's pizza too. We didn't even consider looking at any other places for our visit to Florida. It is only a little over thirty minutes to the beaches, only a few minutes to beautiful Blue Springs State Park, a short drive to grocery stores, SkyDive DeLand, and St. John's River. Thank you for having us again!

It was clean and very easy to get into when we arrived. The owners actually left a book with information needed and a gift card for a pizza place as well. Loved the pool and the balls that glows in the night time

Family visit

The house is beautiful with plenty of room and a great price, much better then any hotel. Great location and the pool and covered patio was a great added bonus. The owners had clear communications on checking in, checking out and responded quickly and professionally to any inquiries. We will be sure to rent this house again on our next visit to Florida.

Great place to call home

This was our home base as we shopped for a new house in the area. We could not have asked for more. The space is large and inviting, the pool gave us a place to relax and check out, and communication with the hosts was spectacular. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

3rd Visit Is a Charm!

This was our 3rd stay at the property. My 19 yr old and 16 year old love having the pool to ourselves! The house is about a half hour from the beach and close to many area attractions. We spent some time visiting the cute shops in nearby Deland. I highly recommend if you like shopping and window shopping! The town was adorable!
