GUEST ACCESS

• Guests have access to the entire home minus 1 locked closet.

• The yard is partially fenced directly off of the patio but the remaining yard is not.

• Parking for 2 vehicles in driveway

• 1 car garage for bike storage or single small vehicle if you'd like

• Please note, the driveway to the home is on a steep incline.

* As a guest, you are allowed access to Bella Vista POA amenities (a list of amenities and prices can be found at bellavistapoa/com/fee-rates-schedule/) if you request guest passes from us after your booking is confirmed, at least 3 business days before your arrival. Full instructions will be provided after booking.

★ IMPORTANT: These amenities are not guaranteed by us as part of your rental agreement. Our only involvement is to request the passes so you can arrange and pay for the activities you wish to enjoy. The amenities are not free but you are provided access to them for a cost per activity as a guest. We provide your contact info to the POA, and they manage it from there and will send the passes.

• We do not live on site but we love hosting and want to ensure you're comfortable and enjoying your time at our home. Reach out anytime with questions or needs!

• We're located near the end of a dead-end street, so it's a very quiet area with little to no traffic.

• We're less than a half mile from the Down Under Loop trail so our community is extremely bike friendly.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE

• We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom (two rolls of Toilet Tissue per bathroom), and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests responsibility. Feel free to bring anything you feel you may need during your stay.

• Our smart TVs are ready to stream your accounts.

• The pack-n-play & booster seat are stored in the guest bedroom closet.

• Guests may see some wildlife or insects during your stay — this is common for properties in natural, wooded, or lakeside areas.
