New home with lake side lower-level entry apartment, Near Buckingham Trail head

This apartment and home were constructed in 2022.Plenty of off-street parking is available.

The lower level, which you will be staying in, was built with no connecting access to the upper level. It has its own private entry and key, with plenty of windows overlooking Lake Ann. There is also a fully functional kitchen with pots and pans if you would like to cook. There is one bedroom with a queen bed, and the living room has a large couch two people can sleep on, and a futon provided if you prefer.

Tram access to the lake included, where you can swim, kayak, or canoe, with life jackets available. There is a space for a campfire, however, please be cautious and make sure the fire is extinguished before returning on the tram. Note: the pontoon is NOT part of the rental of this VRBO.

We are only a seven-minute walk away from the Buckingham Trailhead Back Forty Trail, which is a great walking or biking trail.

Excellent hosts, very comfortable and clean! It felt brand new! The views of the lake and the fall colors were gorgeous. We even saw a bald eagle twice while we were there. Locally owned restaurants are nearby and the bike trails were very accessible. The kitchen was full size and felt like home. We would definitely book again!

I was in Arkansas for the first time and this location was perfect to enjoy hiking and biking plus not far from Bentonville and Fayetteville. Very clean and quiet accommodations!

Jim and Jae have a wonderful listing. We cannot give them any higher recommendation. Outgoing and friendly couple who are willing to share their beautiful view with visitors. Sitting on the porch, sipping on coffee, and watching the world wake up was the best. In the mornings, we were greeted by the wildlife. Lake Ann is a hidden gem. As far as the accommodations, the rooms are big and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom/ shower has enough room for two. Although the bed is a full size (we are used to a king) it was extremely comfortable. Needless to say, we are looking forward to our next trip.

Jim and Jae truly have a slice of paradise on Lake Ann. Jim greeted us as we pulled in to their beautiful property overlooking the lake. This unit offers breathtaking views with large windows facing the lake. We loved our morning coffee on the private deck. The lake was quiet and perfect for fishing off their deck or from a boat. The nearby boat ramp is very nice with a gentle slope. There are many lakes in the close proximity but we loved the calm and clean water so much that we never went to the other lakes. We saw deer, chipmunk, squirrel, racoon and many varieties of birds, including a female bald eagle on our tram ride down to the property's boat dock. The unit is exactly as the pictures describe. Very clean and modern with brand new appliances. Many supplies are provided for your immediate convenience, including coffee pods for a Keurig, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, shampoo and conditioner, plenty of towels, paper products, and nice bed linens.Before our arrival, Jim registered us for a guest pass with the Bella Vista Property Owners Association for our weeklong stay. It was an extremely hot week and we discovered a very nice pool; Kingsdale Swimming Pool. This facility had a kiddie pool, a family pool with slides, and an adult only pool. Perfect place to cool off. We have stayed in many locations through VRBO and have had good experiences but this one stands out for the excellence of the communication and hospitality of the hosts. Thanks Jim and Jae.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The apartment was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities. Our hosts were very welcoming and hospitable. The property with the lake view was so beautiful. It was nice to sit out on the back patio and watch the sunrises and sunsets.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. The property is very clean, spacious, and well appointed. The entrance to the Razorback Greenway and north Bentonville trails is a short drive away with ample parking. We were able to bicycle the paved bike trails in the mornings and enjoy the lake in the afternoons. The views of the lake are beautiful, peaceful and serene. The full kitchen and gas grill allowed us to prepare our own meals and enjoy them in the relaxing lake atmosphere, without adding additional expense of eating out. Bonus amenities were a pleasant surprise and made this our best mini vacation ever. We highly recommend, and will be back.

Anniversary get away!

James and Jae are great people! Amazing view of Lake Ann! Clean, everything we needed! Peaceful, quiet, while sitting on the dock watching birds and fish jump! Hiking trails that were close by are great! It’s nice to unplug from the day to day and get some R&R! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Best three days ever!

We arrived to find the property even better than described. The view of the beautiful lake was a central feature, but the apartment was large, almost new, and spotlessly clean. There was a rather steep slope to negotiate, but our hosts made sure that we were able to safely access the area, helping with luggage.

This property was great, and had everything we needed! Views of Lake Ann were beautiful. This is a downstairs unit on a two story home, the owners living upstairs. But it had a separate entrance and was quiet and private. The owners Jim and Jae were very hospitable and treated us like family. There is a tram that goes down to the lake, it was a fun ride.

Great place close to Trails

The home was impeccably clean & comfortable. Back 40 Trailhead was down the street! View of the Lake from every window in the apartment. Owners were extremely friendly, kind & helpful. We took out the Kayaks a few times after a long day of riding bikes on the trail. Perfect end to our day! We highly recommend & will definitely come back again & again!!!
