Nestled on a quiet lot directly on a serene canal leading out to St. Andrews Bay, this spacious and Newly completely updated two-story Tudor-style home offers the perfect blend of luxurious comfort, family-friendly fun and in water boat docking. Designed with an organic-modern and boho-inspired style, this 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom retreat comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests, making it an ideal setting for family reunions, group getaways, fishing trips, or special celebrations. Rooms are all large with adequate space to spread out during your stay. The chefs kitchen will make your cooking experience a dream complete with over the stove pot filler. The newly installed hot tub can seat up to 8 and is great for relaxing after a long day at the beach or boating. The outdoor space allows guests to spread out and includes games like Corn-hole, and ring toss. Also provides an outdoor grilling area with covered cooking and a mini fridge. Communication can be through Air BnB of texting in the case of questions or concerns during your stay. The boat ramp is located at the end of the road if you so choose to bring your own boat. There is trailer storage at the property. At the dock is a fish cleaning station and shore power hook ups if your vessel requires it. We also offer Paddle board and fishing equipment for our guests.
