Loved this place. It was the perfect vacation home! Very clean, well maintained ＆ lots of amenities to enjoy. The bed was very comfortable. The pool ＆ hot tub was inviting ＆ the perfect temperature. Nice location too. Great hosts.

The house was even better than described and stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pool and spa were amazing; clean and well-maintained. The property location was accurate regarding distance to beaches and attractions. Carol responded almost immediately when we had any questions. We highly recommend this house and will stay here again in the future.

This is the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed in FL. The kitchen was so well stocked and the spa and pool were heated perfectly. The spa actually gets warm - total plus for a VRBO listing as most will not allow you to have 95 degree swims! Comfy beds - HUGE living room / kitchen combo - close to everything. We did AMI / Longboat / Sarasota / St Armand’s / Siesta Key / Boca Grande / Manasota Key / St Pete and Gulfport! Great place to stay in the middle of sort of everything. Owners answered questions but left us alone - garage fully stocked for beach and swim . A great easy vacation!

We were very happy with this house. It was clean and comfortable. They thought of everything!! My daughter LOVED the pool. We loved that it was 6 minutes from manasota beach and they had shark scoops and sifters that we’d never used before. The owners were super nice.

Family vaca

It was the perfect vacation our little family needed. We had the best of both worlds - pool & beach within minutes of the house. Our toddler LOVED the pool and it kept her happy and occupied for HOURS! Kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities. Garage full of beach goodies, chairs, shark tooth finders and coolers. Lots of beach towels. Very clean and enjoyable space.

Everything was great. Home is comfortably furnished and kitchen was very well equipped. Plenty of storage and hangers/hooks. Pool towels are abundant. However, I struggled with TV as I am not familiar viewing via Roku - so bring your usernames and passwords. Hosts were present and accommodating. Grand visit overall.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This property was great for our family vacation. The pictures really don’t do it justice! The area is safe and quiet. Garage is full of anything you need for a beach day including shark tooth hunting, bikes, chairs, umbrellas. Plenty of beach towels. The pool and spa were utilized daily by us. Patio area and grill are great! Many things to do in the area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need and more. Plenty of spices. Walmart, shopping, beaches are a very short drive. Communication with Carol was great throughout our stay and they were able to accommodate an early arrival time. We truly had an amazing week.

We totally enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood, lots of privacy, great spa and pool, and spacious for the two of us! The hosts thought of everything which made our stay even more pleasant. The guest guide was easy to understand and included places to go. We would definitely book here again.
