Gorgeous Ocean Front apartment with private balcony at the beach! Family-friendly activities, public transport, and nightlife. You`ll love the neighborhood, the ambience, the comfy beds and the outdoors space. Very good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids).

The apartment has 1 Queen Size Bed and 1 Queen Size Sofa Bed to up 4 guests. It is all tile floor, furniture, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Apartment includes linens, towels, 43" inch Smart HDTV includes 100+ channels and WiFi are included for your entertainment. The location is fantastic, close to Sun Splash Park, short walk to Daytona Lagoon Water Park, Ocean Deck and Board walk (0.5 miles) where will have good food, music, drinks, shops and a lot of fun. We are also only one mile from the Convention Center.

The property itself was good, great view, close to the store, shops and food. The pool is nice and the beach was nice. However the room, was horrible. At first glance it’s doable for the price. Outlets were falling off the wall, roaches were coming out of the woodwork every time a light was turned off. The bed felt like a jail mat with the worst pillows. I used all 4 for myself and it still didn’t make a full pillow. The “couch” was not even an option and I was honestly scared to even set anything down anywhere with fear of taking roaches home with me. The roach issue alone was enough to disgust me. I was scared to sleep if I was even able to at all. Thank god I was able to still enjoy my trip soon as I walked outside everyday. This place should not have been rented.

Terrible bed and terrible access to the rooms. Parking is awful. Driving a Tahoe is almost impossible to get around there. Overall the room was like apartment style and clean and convenient to beach

Daytona Beach Stay

My Daytona Beach stay was what I expected from the pictures and description. The location was good as you could walk to restaurants and shops. The Ocean Center (which is why I was there) was a good 20 min walk. There was plenty of parking, security on premises, the ocean view was outstanding! I would definitely stay here again if I was coming back to Daytona Beach.Cons - I had issues getting into the bldg as the description to get in was not specific enough (there are 2 parking areas so without a key you need to go to the one on the opposite side of unit - which btw is the larger of the two) once in unit there is a key and the car tag. Also, it would be great if the chairs on the balcony were bar height (tall chairs) so you can get an unobstructed view of the ocean. Pros - good location - overlooks the pool and the ocean. Easy access to both pool and beach. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance (grocery store within 5 min driving) security on premise

Stayed July 26–29The condo matched the photos and description, but unfortunately, it wasn’t properly cleaned before our arrival, which was disappointing.The location is great—right on the beach with easy access, walkable to restaurants and shops, and parking was decent. Check-in communication was smooth and helpful.There are a few comfort issues to note. As mentioned in other reviews, the balcony chairs are very low, which blocks the ocean view with the railing and puts you in the path of hot air from the AC unit. Taller chairs would make the balcony much more enjoyable. A basic toaster oven would also be a helpful addition for longer stays.Another issue is building construction, which started as early as 6 AM on Monday. While this isn’t the owner’s fault, it’s worth knowing it’s been ongoing for some time and does affect sleep and relaxation.Overall, it feels like the unit was rushed to market without a few key touches that would make it more comfortable. With improvements in cleanliness and balcony seating, it could be a great spot.Pros: beachfront location, walkable area, smooth check-inCons: cleanliness, balcony comfort, no toaster oven, early construction noise

Beach trip

When we arrived we could not get into the door with the code they sent me. I called and they gave me another code so we could get the key from the lock box. It was difficult trying to get the key out of the box. The directions were also difficult to understand to get into the building. They need to make that process easier. Once we were in the unit there was food left on the balcony they failed to clean up. The freezer in the refrigerator was all froze up and we could not use it. I contacted the owner thinking they would send someone to fix it and they never responded. The bed was as hard as a rock it was a very thin mattress and we had to buy pillows because they were flat and terrible. WORST BED EVER! The couch is a futon so it was not comfortable to sit on at all. The table on the balcony was tall and the chairs low so you couldn’t use the table while on the balcony. There were not enough towels or sheets to last for the week. Also, there were no trash cans close to the unit to throw away any of the trash. The building was very run down and I feel there should of been better communication. Pros: The bathroom in the unit was new and the unit location to pool and beach was good. They did have a very nice pool!

I booked based on decent reviews because the price was great. Two weeks before my stay, a negative review posted about the cleanliness of the unit. I reached out to confirm that the concerns in the review would be addressed prior to my stay but got no response for a full week so I sent a second message. Had cancelling been an option at that point, I would have cancelled due to lack of response. The host assured me that the negative review was from a disgruntled renter who blew things out of proportion. He was wrong. I entered the unit at 2 (paid for early check-in) to find the balcony door wide open & given that the unit faces the sunrise, it was HOT. Scented plugins were immediately overwhelming even with the door open. I began situating my belongings & realized the room was DIRTY. Housekeeping knocked on the door around 2:30 - mind you, I had accepted the host’s offer to pay extra for early checkin. I traveled alone & was not letting any stranger in that room with me. There were spills on the sofa cover. Bedsheets were wrinkled & slept-in. There was short curly hair all in the sink. Dead bugs were all over the place & live ones scurried anytime I moved or opened something. I refused to stay in those conditions, changed my flight home & left less than 2 hours after checkin. I texted the host- no response. Called VRBO- they couldn’t get in touch with him either. My only regret is that I did not take pictures; if I had, there is no doubt a refund would have been issued.

This room was perfect for our stay in Daytona Beach. Absolutely stunning view of the ocean, beach, and pool area. It was wonderful to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view and listen to the waves. The bed was so comfortable and we slept great. Host was very quick to respond to our questions and helpful. I would love to stay here again.
