APPORTEZ VOTRE BATEAU ET CRAFT DE L'EAU - DOCK PRIVÉ INCLUS!
Belle maison entièrement rénovée avec 6 chambres et 3. 5 salles de bains, plus de 4000 pieds carrés! . Il y a un troisième étage de 500 pieds carrés Roi Master Suite avec un balcon privé donnant sur la baie de Lewis avec magnifiques couchers de soleil. Un second Roi Master Suite au premier étage avec curseurs à une plate-forme de patio privé. Il offre également une chambre en mezzanine avec vue sur la baie Lewis, chambre Queen avec curseurs pour terrasse privée, double chambre double et triple chambre double complètent les lits privés.

Deuxième niveau plan d'étage ouvert avec cheminée salon. salle à manger, cuisine et coin petit-déjeuner tous avec vue sur l'eau. Préparer des repas spéciaux dans notre cuisine gastronomique nommé avec massif île comptoir de granit et profiter de votre dîner en famille à notre table pour 12. Après le dîner, profiter votre dessert sur la grande terrasse à l'extérieur de second niveau avec vue sur l'eau.

Une salle familiale surdimensionnée avec plafond cathédrale, fenêtres et lucarnes cintrées, complètes avec TV HD grand écran et la barre de son dolby comprend également une "table de puzzle" pour les jours pluvieux occasionnels. Une première den étage avec TV HD offre un espace de divertissement alternatif. Les deux pièces de la famille et Den comprennent sortir canapés-lits queen, pour les invités supplémentaires.

La maison est située dans la communauté exclusive fermée Great Island et offre trois plages privées, un sur Lewis Bar à quelques pieds de la maison, et deux sur Nantucket Sound, à une courte distance à pied. Had a great time with extended family here. Lots of games, puzzles to keep everyone busy in the house, and of course gorgeous outside - easy access to a lot on the Cape.

Very nice home completely stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful view of the water out back where we enjoyed sitting on the decks and balconies. However, when we arrived later in the evening, none of the beds were made with sheets. They were lying on top of the dresser and we needed to make up all of them. We were tired after a full day of travel and the last thing we wanted to do was make up all the beds!! One of the bedrooms had NO sheets and when we called housekeeping, she brought the wrong size!!! While sitting in the living room one evening we noticed quite a few ants crawling on the floor and when we lifted the rug, there were a bunch of them. Some of the furniture (not all) need a good cleaning. Many pieces were quite dirty and stained! The home is very spacious and with 10 people we had more than enough room to spread out!

Short-term rentals on Cape Cod historically do not provide linens. It is standard practice for guests to either bring their own or rent them. If linens are provided by the owner, they are generally left clean for renters to make the beds themselves. (this is an excerpt from AI on the internet) We professionally have all carpet and upholstery cleaned at the end and beginning of each season, some stains are not able to be completely removed, our furniture is overall in a clean and satisfactory condition. We also power wash all outdoor furniture before the season begins. We have a yearly contract with Terminix and we do our best to prevent any pests from being in the house, since this is a beach house and some renters may spill sugary liquids on the carpets - there would be an occasion for ants to gather. We will remedy any issue during our next cleaning.

The house was amazing. Every room was comfortable and open with the sunlight shining in to brighten your day . it was well stocked for families especially for those with the big groups I really enjoyed my time there. I will definitely go again!

Our annual Christmas getaway was just as fabulous as our past visits! Our surprise this year was new appliances. We appreciated the larger fridge and the stove/oven was a much needed upgrade. The chefs among our group were thrilled to take on meal prep. Mother Nature also put on a show. We enjoyed a winter wonderland from the cozy comfort of this home.Thanks for sharing your lovely property, Steve! We hope to return next year.

Great Family Get Together

Wonderful home with great gathering spaces and decks overlooking a peaceful cove. All guests (3 couples in their 60's) commented on the comfort of the beds. The house is in a great location and we enjoyed our walks to the beach. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Anniversary on the Cape

This home was exactly what we were looking for to celebrate our anniversary with our family. Fantastic views, plenty of space for 10 adults, and a completely stocked kitchen. The home even had a game room to keep us occupied on a rainy night. Private, quiet neighborhood perfectly situated between Hyannis and Chatham. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing house for large mixed group

We stayed at this fabulous property over Christmas with a large mixed group ages13 to 65. The house is more beautiful than in the pictures, and there are so many separate spaces to enjoy. The weather was mostly rainy, so we spent a lot of time indoors and were so grateful for the shuffleboard and pool tables. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for cooking or baking for a large group, and the dining table was large enough for us all to eat together. I would love to retun in the summer and take more advantage of the outdoor space.

Wonderful home

The home was amazing! It was better than the pictures. It was stocked with everything you need especially in the kitchen. Even had a refrigerator in garage to help with a large group. The views off the deck were amazing including the beautiful sunsets over Lewis Bay. Very close to several beaches. Steve, the host, answered any questions quickly. During our stay we were provided with multiple people's number you could call it you needed something with the home or you had a problem. The home was also clean when we arrived. We had a family group of 13 adults and we had plenty of room without being crowded. We all had a wonderful stay, and would love to return.

Beautiful location

House was nice and well stocked it was just dirty. There was sand on the rugs and floors when we arrived and dust and cob webs on sink areas and ledges. Also, don’t use the jetted tubs as nasty wet sand comes out of the jets. This is the first house we have rented through VRBO (which we have rented 2 a year for 20 years now) that asked us to sweep up and keep the floors clean. I just find this ironic because the floors were dirty when we arrived. Other than that we had a pleasant stay.

We did not receive any complaints until this review. I am sorry the house was not up to the renter's cleanliness standards, which is why I post the cell number for our cleaning service - they would have happily responded to their concerns. I have had the same service for 17 years, and although not perfect we strive to provide a clean and stocked home for all renters. This is a 4500 square foot beach house, and we work hard to remove all the sand that is tracked into the home during each visit. I passed along this review to my cleaning service and we will strive to be even better in the future.

Rest, relaxation and rejuvenation!!!!

This is our 3rd year renting this home with dear friends. It has become an end of year, friend reunion that we look forward to. We love the home and floor plan. Many places to retreat to and read, play games or watch the game. Comfortable bedrooms and 3 full baths for a crowd, and a lav off the kitchen. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need for a delicious meal. There is a second fridge in the garage for food storage overflow and beverages. We have found the oven to be a bit wonky. It required higher temperatures and extended cooking time to get our food cooked properly. There is a new wine fridge that worked well for our wine aficionados. We do think the home could be a bit cleaner, but we assume it has been vacant after the summer rentals. The property owner, Steve has been so accommodating. He responds immediately to any questions or requests. We appreciate his prompt response to ANY inquiry! We have said that we would love to rent this property during the summer to enjoy the multiple decks and the small beach right outside the door! Unfortunately, it is always completely booked!? We understand why! Until we're lucky enough to add an additional rental period, we will look forward to our annual gathering at this beautiful property!!!

The place was full of updates. There were great views from almost every room, a well equipped kitchen, and all the comforts of home. It was a great place for a group of friends to cpgather and explore the Cape.

Beautiful house!

What a gorgeous house in a lovely location. Every room was thoughtfully planned out and the property was very kid friendly. The one thing I would say is that it does have a fireplace but it is not made to have fires in, which was a bit disappointing since it was something we were looking for when traveling to the cape in the off season. Other than that, strongly suggest this rental!

Amazing Stay!

Highly recommend! Everything about this stay was amazing. The house and location are unbeatable, and perfect for a large family or group like ours. Beyond having plenty of beds there is so much room to eat and hang out. And to top it all off the property manager is excellent!
