Tiki # 140 appartient à Jackie et Jim Gallup. Notre condo est l’un des cinq logements Tiki situés au rez-de-chaussée et orientés vers le sud. C’est un grand condo «B» de 712 pieds carrés, plus grand que les unités plus petites de 580 pieds carrés avec une chambre à coucher. Le Tiki # 140 est situé dans l’immeuble Tiki East, le plus près de la plage. Les condos «E» se trouvent dans l’édifice Ouest, près du bureau. Notre condo est à 25 marches de l'accès à la plage privée Tiki et il a tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour un week-end ou une semaine à la plage. Le condo est à côté de votre voiture, loin du Clayton's Beach Bar et de la construction du nouvel hôtel Marriott. Il y a de nouvelles portes coulissantes pour garder votre condo silencieux. Il fait partie des meilleurs condos Tiki ‘B’ et Gallup l’offre au prix le plus bas.

Tiki # 140 a un lit king size dans la chambre et 2 fauteuils inclinables et 2 canapés-lits dans le salon. Il y a une cuisine surclassée et une salle de bain rénovée avec une douche à l'italienne. Nous avons 2 télévisions à écran plat, Wi-Fi et câble avec 6 chaînes HBO. Nous fournissons les draps, serviettes de bain et de plage et une cuisine complète. Le condo a lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, cafetière, mixeur, sèche-cheveux, ventilateurs de plafond, déshumidificateur et bien plus encore.

Familial Tiki Condominium est situé à l'extrémité nord de la SPI. Across Padre Blvd est Sea Turtle Inc. et SPI Birding and Nature Center. (Voir l'image de la tortue de presse.) À proximité, vous pourrez jouer au golf au club de golf SPI de Laguna VIsta, au zoo Gladys Porter de Brownsville, au parc aquatique Schlitterbahn de SPI et à une visite au Mexique à la frontière Progresso. Il est possible de pêcher dans les vagues, la pêche en haute mer ou dans la baie, l'observation des dauphins et l'équitation. Il y a du volleyball au Clayton's Beach Bar, de la natation et de la planche à voile et des kilomètres de plage immaculée. Le Tiki est idéal pour les familles, 2 piscines chauffées, une laverie à pièces, de longues distances gratuites et un magnifique paysage.

We have stayed at the Tiki many times before. Always looking for one closer to the water. We thought we found it. Although view was great. The condo is very much in need of updates. My puppy kept finding food behind couches and the glass doors. The pillows were very old and yellow with stains as well as the towels . I think a little upkeep will make this a better place.

Absolutely amazing experience here at the condo. We came from Houston with our two pets. Check in was very easy! It was clean and there were extra towels and blankets, lots of furniture and beach chairs provided. We felt very safe here and it was only steps from the beach. It's nearby restaurants and shops. Rest & Relaxation

Comfortable one bedroom/one bath condo with beach access a few feet away. Nothing fancy but was perfect for my little family who wanted a mini getaway to rest and relax all day on the beach. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Me and my family had a beautiful stay here at spi. The house was clean and stocked with everything you would need. The ac worked great and it was very comfortable. The location is key! Literally a quick walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Best Location! Cute Place!

This was the easiest rental we have ever had. Owners and property managers for Tiki Condominiums are very communicative and friendly! The place was great and almost right on the beach. Its tucked away at the perfect spot right by the pool on one side and the beach just around the corner. 1 min walk to the beach! It was clean and a very comfortable place to stay. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay close to beach

I was very pleased with the accommodations and especially with how close to the beach. We were thrilled to be able to bring our dog with us. The only thing I would recommend to the owners is to add a map of the tiki condos to the welcome package because it is challenging to find everything especially if you come in late like we did. Otherwise I have no complaints. The staff at the condos was very kind and helpful.

The property and location was great, nice area, had no disturbance from other tenants, will return.

Just wanted to let owner know, tile is cracked and loose on each corner of stove, shower valve handle very loose, lamp not working in bedroom, no baking pan, bought one and left in condo, nice area, condo needs to be renovated and updated. We did enjoy our stay at the condo, would return.

Family Spring Break Trip

Good budget friendly place to stay with a pet that met our needs just fine. The only complaint I had was it was not as clean as I would have liked (towels in the bathroom had obviously been used to dry hands and not replaced, and had stains on them.) Other than that everything else was great. Just steps from the beach, quiet at night, decently comfortable bed, ect. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place on a budget.

We were disappointed with your review. We cannot explain the feel of a used towel in the bathroom. Our housekeeper is 5-star and would never put out a wet towel. We have inspected all the towels in our inventory and have remove the few with stains. We do not consider our condo a budget place, rather an excellent bargain at the rates we charge. We're sorry you had a less than perfect stay with us, we hope if you choose us again that we match the 5-stars we expect. Jim and Jackie

Great location, really appreciated the beach, chairs, and the umbrella, very thoughtful.

Comfortable space, and furniture -some of our stays, the furniture has been more about looks than comfort, this was very comfortable. It’s a little tricky locking the front door. You have to pull quite firmly before it will lock, As the bolt hits the jamb. The door handle has some corrosion from the salt air, it sliced my finger locking the door. You might have someone run some emory paper over that, otherwise, great stay, very close to the beach super relaxing! Thanks!

Perfect little getaway

I have to admit, I 100% underestimated South Padre. We are Destin beach people, and this was a first for us. But I quickly found that SPI has so much to offer. The condo and it’s location made it even better. So very clean. Everyone had their own space. Our king size bed was very comfy. The pool area was beautiful. We did laundry every day so unpacking hopefully will be a breeze. The short walk to the beach is nice! I love seeing all the dogs on the beach. The owners are extremely nice and very communicative. We would stay here again. We have zero complaints. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation.
