UN BEAU BUNGALOW DE 3 CHAMBRES AVEC TOUTES LES COMMODITÉS MODERNES PRÈS D'UN PARC !!

Ma propriété est à proximité de restaurants et de restaurants et d'activités familiales. Il est à quelques pas d'un joli parc public à environ 100 mètres de la propriété pour les clients de se détendre et à seulement 10 minutes du centre-ville de Dayton et de l'UD Arena. Vous allez adorer ma place à cause du confort et de l'emplacement. La cuisine est meublée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et le salon est décoré avec un mobilier de style contemporain, une télévision à écran plat HD murale de 55 pouces avec des œuvres d'art uniques ornant les murs. La chambre principale a une salle de bain supplémentaire attenante et une télévision à écran plat juste pour votre détente. Toutes les chambres sont équipées de matelas queen size en mousse à mémoire de marque Serta pour votre confort. J'ai également fourni un matelas queen auto-gonflable automatisé pour les jeunes membres de l'entourage. Il y a un gril à gaz entièrement fonctionnel pour barbecue avec une chaise inclinable pour les invités pendant les chauds mois d'été. La propriété dispose d'une cour clôturée pour permettre aux enfants de jouer et de s'amuser pendant leur séjour. Il dispose également d'un garage surdimensionné entièrement automatisé et a la capacité d'accueillir jusqu'à 5 voitures en même temps.
Ma propriété est idéale pour les couples, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles (avec enfants), que ce soit pour une réunion, un mariage, un diplôme ou un voyage d'affaires, vous trouverez cette maison bien équipée juste à droite. Il a 1500 pieds carrés d'espace de vie et peut accueillir une famille de 8 personnes.

I have stayed in this property before and there is a reason: consistently maintained and effortless stay. Upon entering the property it was already warm (it was a chilly day) and basic provisions plus snacks to start us off. Communication with the owner was responded to quickly and completely. Beds have been upgraded and were so very comfortable! Thanks for a great stay..again! :)

Our visit was smooth from beginning to end. Paschal communicated clearly and promptly, although we had no issues so no need to contact him during our stay. The home is very open with good size bedrooms. The furniture is the same in all 3 bedrooms, I think that’s a plus when divvying up room assignments. The A/C window units in each bedroom obviously allow for individual control. I did a lot of personal adjusting as they work well and it can get really cold. We had 6 adults getting ready for a wedding and had no frustrations with 2 full baths and plenty of space to move. We never felt crowded. The home is in a quiet area even though it’s only 3 turns from Hwy 35 - very easy in & out. We spent much of our time around the Univ of Dayton and all destinations were approx 10 min away. Paschal provided us an assortment of mini bags of chips and water bottles to start off our stay. We didn’t use the kitchen but it’s large and well stocked with whatever you should need. The only thing I would change is to have keyless entry door locks. We had 6 people, 3 cars and 1 key. I didn’t ask for more keys so I’m not sure if this is a possibility. My son couldn’t find the key after the wedding which put a little panic in me. Fortunately, it was just a 5 min sweat but I couldn’t help thinking about what I would do if it happened after the reception.I would definitely recommend this rental and I would stay again if in the area.

Wonderful place to stay. We were able to meet up with family in the area and have a great time getting together after years apart. When we got back to the house in the evenings, the table in the kitchen was perfect for playing a couple of card games. My dad had a wonderful 92nd birthday. Loved everything!

Mr. Paschal was an incredible host. The house was extra spacious, clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We especially appreciated the convenient, quiet location. Communication was excellent from start to finish. The thoughtful touch of provided snacks and beverages really went above and beyond! it's unfortunate to learn from your review that the cleaning maid did not put out sufficient number of towels for your entourage. However, if you looked inside the tote underneath the closet, there are extra towels and bedding materials for guest use if needed. For the future, I will make sure at least 6 towels will be on the shelf. My apologies.

The location is great. It is within a short drive to downtown Dayton with amazing restaurants, museum, art theatre as well as the Dayton river scape. The neighborhood is quiet and It is also located within a walking distance to the Montgomery county fairgrounds and the lovely Arthur Fisher park for picnics and family fun times.
