We have preserved the timeless character of this historic bungalow while upgrading everything that matters for a luxury stay. Think original architectural details met with fast WiFi, air conditioning, and premium linens.

- Primary: Luxurious King Bed with hotel-quality linens and blackout blinds for lazy mornings.
- Extra Guest: Comfortable Sofa Bed with pillows, sheets, and blankets (perfect for a child or 3rd guest).

Group Trips: Traveling with friends? We manage multiple bungalows in this compound (Las Casitas Avila). Message us to book them together for privacy and proximity.
Parking: One dedicated off-street parking spot is included.
Management: Professionally managed by Solmaré Stays, ensuring 5-star cleanliness and 24/7 local support.
House Rules:
Check-in / Check-out: Check-in after 3:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM unless otherwise approved.
Occupancy: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No parties or events.
Noise: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM â 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the unit or near doors/windows.
Pets: Pets are only allowed in pet-friendly units and must be approved in advance.
Bikes: Complimentary bikes are available for guest use where provided. Ride at your own risk, secure bikes when not in use, and return them in the same condition.
Parking: Park only in designated areas as outlined in your arrival instructions.
Care of Property: Please treat the home with care and report any damage or issues promptly.
Trash & Dishes: Please dispose of trash and wash dishes before departure.
