2BED / 2BATH Plage Ă  1 pĂątĂ© de maisons du sable. DeuxiĂšme histoire Ă  la maison avec de belles vues sur la plage ensoleillĂ©e d'Avila. Construit Ă  l'origine en 1954, cette maison a Ă©tĂ© complĂštement rĂ©novĂ©e, mais a conservĂ© ce sentiment nostalgique de l'ancien village de pĂȘcheurs qu'il Ă©tait. Cette propriĂ©tĂ© fournit tout ce dont vous avez besoin, y compris une zone de blanchisserie. Tout ce que vous aurez Ă  apporter est votre nourriture et vos valises. Il y a une terrasse extĂ©rieure privĂ©e avec barbecue au gaz et meubles de patio pour profiter des couchers de soleil sur la baie d'Avila. Des arrangements additionnels pour dormir sont disponibles par l'intermĂ©diaire d'un matelas pneumatique. Avila itself is a treasure, but this location made it even more enjoyable. Close to everything, and just out of the way of the live music and bustling when you want a little peace.

Avila Beach Getaway

The property was great for our stay in Avila Beach. The location and view could not be better. We spent a lot of time on the deck, in both the morning and the evening. The beds were very comfortable. We were there for a wedding so did not use the kitchen much. Also enjoyed the quick and easy stroll to the lovely beach.

Amazing views and place.

First of all, Avila it self is a gorgeous beach town full of wildlife and great eats. The place had amazing views that you could enjoy from very comfortable seating.The beds are very comfortable and the place itself is furnished great. The patio is great for a read and some rays.We loved our stay and will be going again.Host was very helpful.

What a special place! Great views and you can hear the ocean at night! Location was fantastic - just a short walk around the corner and the beach is right there with the best coffee and ice cream shops.

Excellent location and amazing views!

We stayed here for 3 nights over NYE and had a great time! The location of the property is perfect walking distance to town ((1 block away). The views from the unit were amazing as well. The furniture and decor were nice and the beds were comfortable. A little difficulty with getting the bedroom windows open, but it wasn't a big deal because of the season. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

Mid-Century apartment home with gorgeous view

Stunning view of the ocean and coastline. Decor and vibe weren’t as charming for a mid-century home as hoped but more than adequate for our needs. Loved the BBQ!

Nice, but needs maintenance.

Beautiful view, very nice decor. Very cute house. However the coverings on just about every window were broken in some way or another. Odd that the drawers were not available for unpacking in the second bedroom. They were all full of betting. Also when it was cool we could not find a heater thermostat. Fortunately it never got cold enough for us to be uncomfortable.

Perfect little beach condo just steps from the sand! Tidy and cozy, and the more we saw of the area, I think a phenomenal deal! Would absolutely try to stay here again.

The view is as advertised

It was our first time in the village of Avila Beach and our location was great, just steps from the beach. The unit is cute and well maintained, beds are comfy and the view is classic CA beach. This is a quiet home base for exploring the busier areas. The host was friendly and super responsive to questions. Would definitely stay again!

Our Happy Place

I worked on a project near Avila and it became my happy place. We now return to Avila from the midwest. This spot was amazing. The view ... enough said and as a bonus 2 blocks from The Kraken, an amazing local coffee shop. Host was great at communication and everything was as listed. Again ... the view!

excellent accommodations!

A friend and I took my granddaughter for a visit to California from Alabama to celebrate her college graduation. It was wonderful. The accommodation were super exclamation we had absolutely no communication with the owner except when we book the reservation and that was fine. It all worked out perfectly. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Sweet apartment in a great location

We had a stopover on the way from Arizona to Seattle to visit friends that had recently "discovered" the area and we staying for a couple months. Tony's Avila Beach flat was perfect for us. Clean, comfortable and well equipped and with a fabulous view of the beach and ocean. We even lucked into viewing the New Year Day Polar Bear Plunge and the beach park. Lots of fun walks and great places to eat. I'm sure we will be back.

Avila Beach has always been my playground and back yard and I am very excited to own a property here that enables me to share the fun and beauty Avila Beach has to offer with others.

Location, convenience and views mean so much when you are choosing a beach home for your vacation. You can enjoy the Ocean and Sunset views of the Avila Bay from the living room or the oversized deck. The beach and downtown area is conveniently located only 1 block from the property. Also less than 5 minutes away is the San Luis Country Club Golf Course, a par 71, 6500-yard championship course. The front nine is situated within oak-lined valleys. The back nine transverses a tidal estuary. Golfers of all abilities will enjoy the challenge of this scenic course. If you are here for the water activities, Avila Beach is a good choice. Also less than 5 minutes away is Port San Luis which offers, Whale Watching Tours from December through March and Fishing Charters all year round. Due to the break water in the marina, there is over 1 mile of beach that is well known for its gentle waves making it a perfect swimming beach plus the microclimate weather offers one of the warmest beaches on on the Central Coast.
