Location, Location, Location. Right in the heart of everything. Place was very clean. Kitchen was stocked and we were able to cook with ease. Bed was comfortable. Owner was able to answer questions and was very helpful. We would definitely rent again.

The property is amazing. The host has GREAT communication. Everything needed for an extended stay was provided in the kitchen, the bed was so comfortable, it was exceptionally clean, and bonus: Avila Beach is a gorgeous and peaceful place to stay. We loved it all so much that we are coming back in 6 months. Highly recommended! A!

great location

Check in was easy, as usual, with a vrbo property. We stayed a week and cooked most meals. We had a great time in Avila, loved the location of the condo and we were prepared for more noise but the area was surprisingly quiet. The kitchen is well equipped but could use a tea kettle, coffee bean grinder, and some open wall shelves for personal food supplies. The condo is comfortable, but the decor is rather dated. I gathered up an assortment silly gee-gaws and tucked them away and out of sight for the week. I like a rug in the main sitting/TV watching area because it is cozier and there was none. The coffee table and the tv table were fine but the baskets that occupied the shelves were distractingly ratty looking. The sad wreath on the front door needs to go. Bed was comfortable but the linens were drab. It is such a simple thing to put together a smashing bed - lost opportunity. The bedroom closet was a jumble with fans, a broom, vacuum, etc. My husband didn't notice any of the above. Full size washer/dryer, dishwasher and outdoor grill all functioned very well.

Summer getaway

This is our second visit to Avila and have stayed on this property both times. We can’t wait to book again! It’s just a fantastic location with all of the details!

This is a very nice and clean place within steps from the beach, shops, and food. Underground, secure, and spacious parking too. Wished we could’ve stayed longer.

Fabulous Location

This unit is in a fabulous location. The unit is adorable. It is extremely clean. The kitchen has every amenity and state of the art appliances. Loved the dual fireplaces. The balcony has a view of the ocean so it's perfect for bbqing. Theres a sink and mini refrigerator to. It is perfectly located to walk to all the restaurants and bars. The unit is above a cute little jewelry store. It is very quiet and secluded. We will definitely stay again.

Wonderful Property

We had a wonderful time at Leslie’s property. She is a thoughtful host and an excellent communicator. The location is fantastic— steps from the beach and Avila restaurants and shops. Kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely Amazing!!

Weekend Getaway

Great location near restaurants and beach. It was clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. The address location is on a pedestrian alley, so it was a little confusing to figure out how to get in, but once we found it everything in the instructions made sense.
