Nouvelle inscription: Profitez de la vue de la voie navigable Intercoastal alors à votre table de salle à manger. Vous verrez un défilé de bateaux de plaisance, des dauphins et des lamantins. Poisson sur le mur de la mer. Traverser la rue par notre accès à la plage Deeded les eaux chaudes du Golfe du Mexique avec des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle à notre belle, douce de sable Indian Shores Beach. Calme, condo studio au deuxième étage. Entièrement meublé avec lit double Murphy, futon, cuisine complète, lecteur DVD et câble. La cuisine a tous les ustensiles, appareils électroménagers, micro-ondes, grille-pain, cafetière, vaisselle. Tous les draps sont fournis. Apportez votre bateau, quai devant votre porte arrière, lancer gratuitement sur Park 3 pâtés de maisons, et garer votre remorque sur place. Salle de bain récemment rénovée. Nouveau WiFi amélioré disponible dans les condos et une pléthore de chaînes de télévision. Les règles de copropriété permettent à un petit animal domestique de moins de 25 livres. (Amateurs de sport - vous êtes à environ 30 minutes d’une arène de la LNH et du terrain de la Ligue majeure de baseball, à environ 1 heure et demie de Disney, Orlando).

I picked this condo because of its proximity to the beach and the possibility of seeing dolphins and manatees in the bay. I got to see both and the walk to the beach was super quick!!! The condo was cute and had everything I needed!

Another wonderful stay, This was our second booking with christine at this location so we were so excited to come back! We love the location and the condo is quiet and has everything we need. Christine is wonderful. We saw dolphins walking into our room within the first 3 minutes cant beat that! We love it here and look forward to the next vacation.

Quiet, relaxing location

A quiet location and so peaceful beside the water way. We saw dolphins in the water which was an added bonus. Pool is huge and clean. Short walk to the beach. Just the right size for 2 people.

Peaceful getaway

We loved staying at this unit in Indian Shores! The beautiful and huge pool, the access to the ocean across the street but most of all the quiet serenity of the intra coastal waterway right outside the back!! I could sit there watching the birds, boats and the occasional dolphin for hours!!Christine is a wonderful host!

Communicating with the hst was easy. We loved the unit. The big window looking over the intercoastal is a definate plus. Seeing all the dolphins and manatee made it magical. Will defiantly try to stay in this unit again.

The size is listed in the description. All of the units are treated for insects on a regular basis. First time we had this comment ever which was disputed by the cleaning service and condo manager. Probably you found it too small and left it the first day for a larger unit.

Worst experience ever. I was in a storage closet with 7 chairs and no heater. I have asked them to refund me after staying there for less than 8 hours.

This was the most unusual visit I have ever had. It started with the guest texting me more than once, which I answered, after midnight and into the very early morning after the day she was booked to arrive. I informed her that the metal chairs were to be put outside on the balcony and don't stay inside. She complained she was cold and I told her about the 2 oil based heaters that were in the closet. I told her all details were in the welcome letter which I sent to her email and access instructions on the website. She said the heaters didn't work which was not correct and the cleaners vouched for that. Plus other guests and myself were there earlier and were warm enough in much colder weather. The website has information about the size of the unit. No surprises there.

This rental met all of our needs. It is exactly as described. The only downfall was it has a beautiful pool but it was too cold to use but that couldn't be prevented. We enjoyed ourselves and thanks for letting us stay.

The property was just perfect for me and my small dog. The neighbors are kind. The beach is not crowded and the sand is incredibly soft. Great pool on the property to!

Property had everything we needed. It was a warm week of weather but the air conditioner could only get the room down to 81 degrees. Also lots of construction going on downstairs during our stay.

Hello That is a new AC but obviously it was not enough for the unusually hot weather you experienced. They finally got all the permits needed for reconstructing the units downstairs but unfortunately I have no info on when and where construction will take place.

Nice little Paradise
