The location of this property is great. It’s only about a block to the beach and is within walking distance of a number of restaurants. The unit was clean and well stocked. They had chairs and beach towels and an umbrella to take out to the beach. I would rent there again.

The apartment was comfortable, convenient and clean overall. There were issues with both TVs, however the host/owner was very responsive and quickly resolved the problem. The host was available and handled all questions/ requests promptly. The location was excellent - close to restaurants, shops and only 1 block from the beach.

Location was great and check in easy. Owner was very responsive. There is several units in this redesigned house so there is a unit above apartment C and if someone is renting that unit it is very noisy. You can hear footsteps and chairs sliding across the floor. Unit C is good for a short stay.

We enjoyed the location and amenities of this VRBO very much! Very easy walk to the beach and park just across the street. It was an ideal place for our stay at Indian Rocks Beach.

Location was great. Had some issues at the beginning but host was able to take care of most of them. Upstairs neighbor is on an early morning routine as well as dogs so there was some noise from upstairs in the morning around 6am. But the location is great walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

This location across from the park was perfect for our kids. The beach, restaurants and coffee shops were all within walking distance. The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a great stay.

It’s a cute little spot for a quick stay.Those ice trays need to be replaced in the freezer, they were all broken when we got there. I’m not sure what happened towards the end of our stay but out of nowhere while we were inside, we got slapped by the overwhelming smell of urine. Like dog urine… there are dogs on the property but they were outside and we had seen them like 10-15 minutes prior, so I’m not sure what that was all about. There’s a hot tub on the property but it seemed like we could not use it? That would have been a cool bonus! The location convenience was the ultimate plus!!
