I booked this duplex to invite extended family. The two kitchens, two living areas, five bedrooms, 3 baths and outdoor space gave everyone plenty of space, and the entire family loved it, including my dog. The game room in the garage was a surprise and we all had fun playing skeeball and pool. The beach and bayside for sunset were both an easy walk. An outstanding property!

The house was perfect for our 8 person family. Both downstairs and upstairs had bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and family rooms. You could all be together downstairs or get some alone time upstairs. The bedrooms downstairs were perfect for the 2 physically limited women. Only point to make is the bathrooms are on the smaller size so be prepared. The owner was awesome. Was easy to communicate with and willing to help with anything you need. Close enough to the beach to walk and the beach wasn’t overly crowded. Would definitely rent this house again.

Amazing location for a wonderful getaway for a group of 14 over Memorial Day weekend. Beautiful and well maintained house with highly responsive host. Would stay again.

Our family used the house for a three-day Thanksgiving gathering and enjoyed it immensely. Appreciated being such a short walk from the beach! Having the two kitchens and dining areas was a great feature, as was the large upstairs living room. Bedrooms all worked well for our needs, too. Too chilly in late November to take advantage of the outdoor furniture and the game room but imagine they’d be a lot of fun in the summer.

Perfect location in Brant Beach

Our host was very communicative and available for any help/assistance needed during our stay. The property was clean and well appointed with conveniences. Multiple smart tvs throughout the house and in most of the bedrooms. Fenced in yard was great for our dog and young child. Would absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely Amazing

This was an absolutely amazing property! The host was so communicative, and kind. He helped us through the entire process of checking in, the property had everything we needed. This was amazing location wise! Only a block from the beach! I was so happy to stay here and return to LBI, a place where I used to stay most of my summers.

House had all the bones to ensure a pleasant experience for families renting this property. Close to beach,comfortable sleeping set up,active games and board games available.Supplies on location to get started,Owners always available and very responsive to any questions and concerns.Location was great with a healthy breakfast/ Lunch deli next door.Resturants and bars close by to chose from.The only drawback we experienced was the weather .all 5 days was cold and rainy.But we were able to get all priorities in aside from the beach.We did get an hour in with grandkids up at beach.All of us loved the experience. Thank you for being great hosts and highly recommend this property to rent .The house is on the blvd but didn't create any problems for us .Would rent again..And welcomes pets.Win win.

We rented this entire home, 1st and 2nd floors, for the week of our daughter’s wedding at the Brandt Beach Yacht Club this past weekend. We were within easy walking distance to the venue. The home was nice and clean, with spacious common areas and bedrooms. The kitchens were very well-stocked, the showers had great water pressure. The deck and back yard were great for family gatherings. We had access to a garage for additional refrigerator storage and games. Access to the beach was incredibly convenient. The owner, Tom, was very responsive to any questions I had, and he sincerely wanted us to enjoy our stay. Highly recommended!
