This brand-new ground floor condo features one king bedroom with one bathroom and walk-in shower with sleeper sofa and smart tvs. SUNDIAL I103 can sleep up to four guests and includes plenty of space to gather! During your time at this island retreat, dine al fresco on the spacious screened lanai looking out at the Gulf of Mexico and of course, spending time on Sanibel's powdery beaches cannot be missed. Feel free to use the provided beach towels and beach equipment as you head to the beach - just steps away!

We really enjoyed our time there. The location was great, very close to the beach, pool and main building. We would definitely stay there again. They had plenty of things for the beach also.

This accommodation was very nice. Easy parking. Large and comfy condo. Easy check in process using code. Pool was wonderful. The grounds are beautiful and so close to beach, just steps!

Overall, the condo was quite excellent. That said, there was no mention of the fact that this property, which was situated 35 yards away from the Sundial Resort, did not give us access to the resort. It gave us privileges at the Tween resort that was 30 minutes away on Captiva Island.- which was listed in the property description. The fact that the Sundial exclusion wasn’t listed is my issue. We tried to use some of the facilities at Sundial on the first day and were told that we could not use them. We were told that since we booked through a thirdparty, we could not the Sundial facilities.

Wonderful location in proximity to beach and pool. The Sundial resort pool access is not included with this rental so be prepared to be asked to leave if you do attempt to use it. However, the pool that is included with the rental is way nicer and more quiet than the resorts main pool. Nice beach chairs and umbrella are available at the rental. Would definitely rebook, but before I’d rebook, I’d confirm that the outlet between the two sliding doors on to the patio has been fixed. It clicks loudly every 15 seconds, which provided a major disruption when trying to to sleep at night. Had several very rough sleepless nights because of this. There is also construction going on, so if you sleep past 8am or are wanting to stay at the condo and enjoy some quiet during the day, check if construction in the neighboring units has been completed.

Property was great, However we discovered the first day that they missed this unit when it came time to spraying for ANTS. We learned very early to keep ALL food in the fridge and microwave for safety. The patio and living room had trails lending to the Kitchen. We went to Jerrys Foods and bought some traps that seemed to work at keeping them under control. (Lysol kills on contact). On our day of departure we discovered that Our dirty laundry bag that we kept in the bedroom closet was fully covered so we had to shake all the ants off everything before loading it into the car to go home.As for the room the bed was a bit to high but very comfy .I am not a fluffy pillow guy but we managed. The unit overall was great . To Summarize:We would definitely stay again the location to the beach and island were great, we had a great time . Easy access to pool and beach plenty of parking . As for any new place just takes a moment to figure things out.Way to go VRBO thanks for the stay!
